Lanson Place was exceptionally clean. Rooms were comfy (albeit a tad bit small) but so clean that we didn’t mind. Our room only had an interval window that looked into the corridor which was quite dark so we asked to be moved and the team made it happen. The next room was much brighter and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The welcome treats including noodles, fruit and snacks was lovely and daily bottled water kept us happy too. The location is perfect. Just behind orchard road and across the road from Orchard 313, lots of food, shopping and excellent coffee / cafes and eateries. We were spoilt for choice. The staff were amazing and always greeted us, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Our return flight was late at night and even though they could provide a late check out, the offer to use the pool and bathrooms to shower before the flight was definitely welcomed! The apartment was excellent, well furnished and decorated with all amenities necessary. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, and the AC did a great job cooling us down after a day out in the Singapore heat. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and daily cleaning and upkeep was always great. Chilling by the rooftop pool after a long day out was always a plus. Bonus: the lobby always smelled amazing, and some nights we could smell the fragrance while walking around the corner.

Honestly nothing, it was a great stay. Be sure to set your drop off location at Eber Rd to avoid having to take the steps with your luggage.

Great location, very clean no bugs/pest (top priority for me when searching for stay), wonderful and kind staff; also, great gym facility and rooftop pool. It was a huge bonus to have access to onsite laundry/dryer. We stayed here for a week and would book here again :)!

The room we stayed in had a mild musky smell likely from the air conditioner and outdoor weather mix, but manageable. The circulation of the AC cold air could have been better, often one side of the bed would be cold while other side (furthest away from unit) would be quite warm.

Location was excellent, adjacent to Somerset MRT station and Orchard Gateway/Orchard Central/313@Somerset. The two bedroom apartment was very roomy and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Complimentary coffee pods were replenished daily. In-room combination washing machine/dryer.

No driveway to lobby for direct access by vehicles; taxi had to drop/pickup passengers on a busy road. Limited TV channels. Second bathroom was very small and shower doors had a gaps which leaked water to the bathroom floor.

Staff were lovely. Learnt our children’s names, greeted us and opened the door each time. Helped when we couldn’t order food on the grab out. Very attentive staff Location was great. Easy walk to big shopping centres on orchard road, buses right outside and MRT a couple of minutes away. Room was spacious for our family of four

Know they need it on but air conditioner above the dining table was freezing (but welcomed after a busy day), it did make food cold quickly though. Minor thing!

Convenience to Orchard, MRT and groceries. Very convenient for our appointments, work and eating out! Staff were very gracious and helpful, that makes the stay very special and especially YinYin!! She was very helpful in helping me create a birthday surprise for my wife while we were out one day!! Super service, thank you so much!!

Street address should be updated in Booking, 1st taxi driver dropped us on Penang road, no idea where the hotel was, no signage. Best to use the "back street" (Eber road) entrance where the hotel sign is for your address. No view from the 1 window - that was sad, no view of the outside world, just the walkway and other rooms in the tower.

The flat is clean and spacious. The pool area is quiet and the laundry is really handy. Room is cleaned daily, fresh water bottles and coffee given everyday. Welcome pack is really nice too.

If breakfast was included it would be perfect.

Very good location, walk distance to central. The 2 beds room apartment, size is big for the family. Love the room style, pure and elegant. Just feel like home. Very comfortable!! Love it!!

Staff called to the room at 9:35pm to ask what time we would be checking out for the next day. My kids are already in bed for the next day early flight. The phone call woke my kids up. Facilities are limited, but love their free laundry self-service.

I like the location. It is not in the middle of crowded Orchard Rd but close enough to be in Orchard rd.

The customer service. I send items bought from Shopee to the address stated. Unfortunately, the number stated as the location is not specifically for "Lanson Place" itself. It is for the whole building which consist of other tenants. Which I as a guest don't aware of it. Regrettably, none of the customer service/ concierge are willing to help to finding it. They simply said, they cannot help without even try to find out. As they are also a tenant there, it should be easier for them to find out, maybe to 167 Penang Rd management, as I only a guest and don't know where to ask about it. It is really a BIG minus point.

Outstanding staff, rooms were spacious, modern and very clean with loads of little touches to make you feel at home. Cleaned every day to a high standard and everything replenished (coffees, washing powder, etc) which was great. Brilliant rooftop pool with great views across the city. The team at Lanson Place were amazing and so kind to our daughter and helpful to us in whatever capacity they were required. Could not recommend this place enough.
