We had a nice time at The Art house overall. Location is top notch, only a few minute drive to the city centre, 40 minutes from lake Bled, 30 minutes from Postojna Caves and even Trieste in Italy which we visited as well (1.2 hour drive :D) The apartments are clean, spacious, well lit and the heating was really good. Kitchen is equiped with everything you need to cook a meal if you like and the duplex apartment comes with 2 separate bathrooms. Next to the building there is a train track and a beautiful field which made the breakfasts amazing! Parking was huge and the wifi was fast, higly recommend for digital nomads.

The sound proofing is basically non existent, but that's not a dealbreaker for this place.

Good location just outside the city, ample parking, lovely decorated and new-looking ground floor apartment. Couch bed was great for our 3-year old (it's not full length so doesn't accommodate an adult), the full bed very comfortable and air conditioning in the living room was bliss in the summer heat. Very friendly and helpful staff, would certainly recommend.

Not much to dislike, the only minor inconvenience for us was that the airco unit is positioned right above the couch and although it was definitely powerful enough to reach the bedroom, we had to turn it off during the night to keep from freezing our toddler on the couch. As a result the bedroom temperature became uncomfortably warm again.

Although we just stayed here 1 night but we loved it. The location is great, especially if you have a car. The feel is of countryside, yet it is just 10 min drive from the city. It has ample parking. Žiga, the host is very friendly and welcoming. He also gave us nice tips for dinner and lunch. The appartments are cozy and clean with amenities like small kitchen, kettle, coffee machine, and a TV. It also has refrigerator. The coffee, water bottles and wine bottles are completely complementary. In the morning, we strolled nearby close to the fields and it was a lovely walk.

We traveled Ljubljana just for 1 night stay there as had an appointment in the morning, but were quite satisfied wit the appartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, there were no problem to receive the keys, the check in was quite fast in spite some issue with the registration system. The appartment was really clean, the bed was great to rest afetr several hours driving, tea and coffe tabs were abailable.

Maybe the only comments that is not an issue, but important for family travellers, the sofa located in the kitches is a bit small for 8 y.o child,

Žiga was very nice host, very welcoming even when we arrived later than we planned. He explained all about apartment, he was even very prompt to fulfill my extra wish after we arrived - great customer attitude indeed! The apartment and the whole house of apartments is new, built in modern style, well equipped, we didn't miss anything during our stay. Beautiful pieces of arts on the walls, nice modern design. 10 minutes driving to center of Ljublana. We definitely recommend to visit!

We are a family of 5 and have stayed 3 nights in summer time. Everybody loved the place. It is very well located - as long as you have a car. It is 10 minutes away (by car) to the center of Ljubljana. It is very close to a highway access so you can easily visit the rest of the country. Supermarkets are 2-3 km away. Our flat was large, very modern, everything was brand new or so. Kitchenware was more than sufficient. The flat included a large washmachine/dryer, a dishwasher, expresso machine with plenty of capsules provided, various bottles offered in the fridge. Bed quality was very good. It was very clean and quiet. The service is very efficient and always smiling [we tried it :-)) ] We would definitely go back.

The Arthouse proposes overpriced breakfast (16 Euros/head) - pity. We had an efficient air conditioning in the main room, not in the isolated room. But this was not an issue as the room remained fresh (not exposed to the south). External temperature was 31°C. This is minor: in one of the bathrooms, the shower was suspended 1.5 meters above the ground [so you needed to hold the shower with your hand to wash].

The host was very accommodating and gave us some really good recommendations for visiting Ljubljana. We also asked for a clothes iron and extra coffee pods (I have a coffee habit) which were given swiftly and without hesitation. The location is excellent because of its vicinity to Old Town but is still far enough away for it to be quiet in the evenings. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Loved the apartment. We got a duplex and the rooms and the kitchen were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also easily reachable. We got wine in the fridge for free, with coffee and milk powder supply with alot of kitchen appliances. The balcony view was overlooking a farm and train track.

The bathroom on the top floor was all glass so maybe its best for couple. And it did not have exhaust.

Modern, Clean and comfortable apartments. Location is very nice. Country side but 5-10 minutes from ljubljana center. Kitchen fully equiped even with coffee capsules. Helpful staff. We would gladly return.

Our apartment had a lot of sun in the afternoon. We had to close the curtain and leave just a little bit open for light. The a/c works fine so we didn't mind. I think only 2 apartments are facing that direction. Hot water ran out quickly. Again, we didn't mind cause 10 15 minutes later you have hot water again. I am sure it will be fixed.

Fine & clean accommodation. Well equipped. Comfy bed. El. socked next to the bed. Friendly staff. Pay by card available, invoice issued. Everything promptly. Close to the center.

It is just between main road and rails/railway crossing. On top, locomotives blows its horns before the crossing, fortunately not in night hours. ...and this is not communicated in description.
