The front staff was so welcoming. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. My wife and I decided to book it for our anniversary, when the gentleman at the front desk heard this, he advised us to wait a few minutes. He went and sprinkled flower petals on the bed and left some flowers at the bedside.. such an amazing gesture. Even during loadshedding they made sure guests were comfortable and seen too. The breakfast selection was amazing from cold breakfast to hot breakfast. It was a great experience and I will definitely be visiting again.

Gets a tad noisy at times when you're in a room right next to the communal kitchen/dining section. Other than that, it was super amazing.

the rooms were clean and comfortable.. we found them just the same as the pictures we saw..we had good breakfast and they adhere to our specified breakfast time..It was not my first stay but every time I go there there is a significant improvement or development at Oria.. I'll choose it any day

Even though the breakfast was good, we were not given a chance to decide on our preferences e.g type of eggs, buttered or not buttered bread e.t.c

I have been here almost over 10 times already, dating back from 2018. It depends , my sister stays in Brooklyn and its convenient for me to stay close to her. It's a 2 min drive. Inexpensive. Also I love the warmth and friendliness of Michael the person of contact / host, and the openess and warm smiles of all the staff. Nice view of table mountain from my room.

Well the area, it can get noisey at times, but understandable because it's located close to a school.

Breakfast was ok for what one paid for. I cannot complain at all.

I had to switch off the Bar Fridge, it was so loud. Wasn't sure if that was because its old or there was a problem. The property and staff is amazing, however the location felt unsafe to walk. Not that there is much the property can do about it, but the area left a lot to wonder about.

I loved how interactive and hands on the owner is. That spirit is also seen among the staff. The rooms were clean, just as the photos, the rooms were clean and always cleaned. I loved everything and would recommend it to anyone. The location is not far from town and the area is peaceful. The facility is safe for parking cars and keeping trailers safe, there is 24 hrs security and surveillance. Breakfast is filling and a bonus for time saving. Check in was easy and our online bookings were ready for us

Very accessible... We used Uber... Staff very helpful especially Michael.... Breakfast was good and always on time.... They gladly assisted us to get our rooms closer together... We traveled in a group of 14... We booked 7 rooms

Some rooms need upgrading... The carpets can be changed to tiles... I especially liked my room that had a newish laminate floors

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Easy location Next to lagoon beach Good breakfast for first 2 days then other days it was not the same. Overall good hospitality to be honest

They always clean the room every day I love that.

Breakfast, employees on the kitchen counter they need to improve they’re very disorganized they need a whole training on food preparation and customer service. Very poor on that area

Breakfast was good, we got our room service every morning as requested. The stuff was friendly and went out of their way to even assist to request cabs on our behalf as our uber app was acting up, and the driver was with us from day 1-4, very affordable, safe, patient and always available as we even had late night travels.
