The staff were extremely friendly especially the man that cooked the eggs and has been there for 27 years. The food at breakfast was amazing. As it was our Silver Wdding Anniversary they spoilt us with beautiful rose petals and wine and chocolates in our room and a lovely cake at breakfast on our anniversary morning. We stayed here 25 years ago when we got married and loved it then and so wanted to go back for our anniversary. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and we LOVED it

Nothing as it was perfect

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Nice midsize hotel with great service and a pool area. Had lunch at the restaurant and the service and food was great, unfortunately we didn't have breakfast, but from what we heard it was great. Walking distance to the V&A waterfront, Aquarium and more, so you could leave the car parked in the parking garage. Easy access to main roads when we had to go further afield.

If I were to mention something that was less than ideal, it would be that the soundproofing from the windows and room doors could have been better, as we heard noise from the pool area and from the hallway, but we were not bothered by it and our sleep wasn't disturbed, but I guess if you are a light sleeper it could be troublesome.

Located 2nd line to the Waterfront (which makes it a calm location), only 2 min and you reach the waterfront and all its offerings e.g. restaurants, bus stop (Hop On/Off), Aquarium etc. Nice pool to refresh, great breakfast with plenty of options to choose, valet parking available for a reasonable price.

Everything was awesome

The fact that there was no interaction with the hotel prior to arrival. We indicated we needed to be picked up from airport but this was not considered. Finally reservation included two adults as per advert but when we got to hotel it only had one adult. This though was resolved exceptionally.

Great location, friendly staff, clean modern rooms

We ate later in the evening at the restaurant about 9pm. We were not aware of an additional charge for eating later prior to ordering. Drinks expensive compared to others in the area.

Excellent staff at all levels, Breakfast was very good, location was surprisingly very close to the Waterfront areaeven though it is not in the hustle bustle, just a quick, safe walk through the adjacent car Park, across the road and you're there.

More power outlets in the room

The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was very nice and the amount was great. I would definitely recommend 👌 to friends and family to stay in the same place.

There are not really any thing that I can think of that I didn't like .

I checked out a day earlier and donot get a refund or a partial refund. The reason given is because I booked via Booking.com and not directly with the hotel. This is sadly not acceptable. At least I know for future how to do my booking

Fabulous location. In a quiet area but a very short walk to the Waterfront dining and tourist facilities. A good breakfast with a chef preparing eggs to order. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location location location! Staff were extremely friendly. We accidently booked the disabled room, so the bathroom was a bit awkward, but we enjoyed our stay! Will stay there again. Beautiful small hotel with friendly staff.
