Staff extremely friendly from the reception, to the people working at the bar, to the people who took our bags in our room during checking. Reception even contacted me to advise me I had left something after house keeping was completed on the day I checked out. Absolutely trustworthiness displayed.

The wifi was a little slow. (I am not sure if it is because of where my room was because in the dining area it was much faster). I also did not appreciate the gentleman who assisted parking our car on Saturday evening. I feel he was more focused on being right then listening to what we had to say. Even after his colleague was apologizing on his behalf to switch the fire off, he continued to ignite it. Which in the end proved to be not worthwhile.

The hotel has a bit of a colonial period and game lodge decor and feel. There is a nice lobby seating room, restaurant and bar as well as swimming pool and enclosed parking area. There are staff on site at all hours and a good feeling of safety, security and relaxation. Location is within walking distance to several very good restaurants and a short drive to adventure activities like the Graskop Gorge Lift Co. as well as sights along the Panorama Route north of Graskop. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Decor was nice, bed large and cozy enough. TV, A/C, wifi, kettle, hair dryer and fridge all worked perfectly. It was a good room to settle into after days out sightseeing. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast that came with room reservation as well as a couple of evening in the bar watching Euro 2020 matches while enjoying local Pinotage.

Bed mattress sank a bit in the middle but was fairly comfortable. Otherwise, we liked everything else about the property and our room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Graskop Hotel. Not only is it affordable but the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and neat. The stuff is friendly. All the meals I had were absolutely amazing and the presentation of the food was perfect. I absolutely recommend! S/O to Pricilla the general manager!!

The rooms do not have fridges or microwaves which makes it difficult to save left overs, but they did explain that they're afraid of cockroaches cause people tend to leave their food in the appliances.

The staff members in this hotel made us feel so welcome. They literally took responsibility for my stay & my safety very serious to a point of advising/tips when my daughter and I are out of the facility , places to visit, times that are best to visit certain sites. I can't thank this team enough Mr Edward, Mr Given Vanessa and Nelly. You guys are awesome 👌 This team will go all out with a smile. I can't emphasize it enough. During the checkout, i noticed that my tire was flat,I was told to go and enjoy my breakfast, and they changed the tire for me. The TLC here... will leave you so smitten. Felt like a queen in this facility. The way I felt so welcome, I wanted to call them back just to let them know that we traveled safely and missed them already ❤️. OOOH THE FOOD.!!!!!Dinner, breakfast...is to die for. I feel bad i forgot the Chef' name ,Mr Chef never disappoints. You guys rock!!! I'll definitely go back here.

I wouldn't mind complaining, but there is nothing to complain about.

We booked a family garden room and it was perfect. Quiet, with a little terrace and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. It was open onto a lovely garden and a 2mins walk from the pool and the main building. We felt safe and there is parking in the enclosure. The pool was great and the decor in the main building is amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Edward. Breakfast was great and we had the possibility to eat the terrace facing the pool. There was a great choice of items and eggs were made to order. We would definitely stay at the Graskop hotel again. It's a great base to explore the panorama route.

The pool could do with a bit more seating. The piano in the lounge should not be used during mealtimes.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our Garden Room was quiet, comfortable and very secure. We could park our vehicle right outside. Breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options. However, what really made our stay were the warm and friendly staff. Edward was incredibly helpful with his advice for travelling the panorama route and even advised on the best route through Eswatini for our onward journey. Nully also deserves a mention as she was great company during our evenings in the bar. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They gave us very useful tips, both for our stay (Panoramaroute) as well as the rest of our journey (continuing for (greater) Kruger Park). We had a garden room, which was spacious and really nice. Breakfast is very good (the diner buffet as well!). The location is perfect, both close to the main road as well as good restaurants nearby.

Overall we were very happy, only suggestion would be to put a curtain in the bathroom as well as the light at sunset shines brightly :)

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Always checked on how our stay had been going. Nolly at the bar was a star. Housekeeping endured our room was cleaned, fresh towels provided daily. The town surrounding the hotel had so much to offer from restaurants and curio shops. Easy access to the panorama route attractions. Will definitely recommend to others planning a holiday to mpumalanga.

Great hotel in the middle of Graskop. Nicely renovated with art decorations, a fine little pool and a lovely garden. The hotel receives a lot of group travels on bus, but we were never neglected and felt very welcome from start to end. We were evn offered a choice of the vacant rooms to find the one that would suit us the most. We did not try the dinner, but breakfast was great. Safe parking inside the grounds and just next to the wide variety of local souvenir shops.

We had a room in the garden which was very nice, but the door was a bit difficult to close and there was a bit of noise from a generator down the street during load shedding. Not really a problem if you close the door and we had very good nights sleep.

The property is close to Graskop Gorge, which was great for us coz that’s exactly where we wanted to visit. The hotel was nice and quaint (ok, a little old but I enjoyed it)z The staff was AMAZING! I’d go back just to be in their presence.

Not much I didn’t like. One thing to note is that we went end of September and the fog is something I’d never seen before. Literally couldn’t see anything during the day. I can’t imagine driving at night in those conditions. But that’s besides the point. Not the hotel’s doing. Just one of the wonderful things about nature.
