The staff was really nice and helpful all of the time I will revisit them again perfect for a family also. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub there is also a sona that my husband enjoyed alot. The Breakfast was Halaal but everything was really nice and alot to choose from. Thanks for the stay at your hotel

The one room we booked 212 the TV did not have a TV box like the other rooms and the aircon also did not work properly

The location and safety was perfect. The rooms were satisfactory. The staff and service was good.

The noise levels until late hours if the night by kids running around on the floor. The TV channel selection was very poor. The room did have a streaming box but needed to be upgraded by tech personnel. This was frustrating.

The property is just off motorway,near outlets and trade properties. Good value for money paid. Booked for one night but ended extending the stay for one more night

Lost my partners wrist watch,I put it in my hand luggage pocket and after some hours checkout we realised it was gone.

The room was big enough

The bed wasn't too comfortable, the headboards were to old they had things coming out of it... The wifi was poor, the gowns are way too old even the towels 😭the Toilet papers were horrible... But others than that it was just okay

Cosy comfortable rooms

Everyone was disappointed the pool is permanently closed, it does show the polol on adverts

The staff were very helpful and kind. Everything in our room was just perfect and the functionality of all appliances was great. The night view from the location of the room was not bad. Breakfast was perfect, nicely prepared and fresh. The hotel is also filled with other great facilities like the indoor pool which I enjoyed. All in all, our stay was exceptional.

The comfort of the beds wasn't as expected, the air-conditioner could not warm the room to our satisfaction as the nights were cold.

The rooms were reallu clean and comfortable, during our stay the cleaning stuff was always available. The reception was very friendly and helpful. Where do I even start about their restaurant, had a very welcoming manager and their buffet was really nice

The room was a bit small for someone who like their own space, but everything else was perfect that I forgot about the space.

Service, comfort & functioning of appliances

Lunch was only suitable for a certain culture, the spices didn't turn out good. Surfaces were not hygienic clean.

Loved the space and privacy.

The tap fittings for the bath in room 314 was a bit loose and the water runs out on its own. Just maybe have a look at that. Other than that this place was amazing and relaxing

It's quite and accommodating, their food mostly accommodates Indians, requested safe for our belonging but the key was not available. We had to request for room service in the afternoon, which was inconveniencing, we were hoping to find the room clean when we came back.
