Clean tidy, quiet, everything you need. Central location, secured parking & friendly staff. I was only here for a night but could have easily of done two or three in the self contained

Security guard at the car park for the main reception was quite rude on check out. I drove in and parked to return my keys having been at the other property. Walked in checked out, only to return to her at my car telling me she is going to clamp my car. I said I’m a guest, I was checking out. Car park was empty, told me she didn’t want me parking where I was and lucky my car isn’t clamped. The stay itself & staff of the hotel were fantastic That encounter and the way she spoke to me without asking who I am was disappointing.

Excellent location, short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. Good security.

The collection and dropping off of the keys at the hotel is a pain and was not made clear until after I had booked. The hotel is nearby but if you don’t have a vehicle it can be hard to navigate with large bags. I can see the need to do initial paperwork etc at check in but a key drop onsite on departure makes more sense.

Great location close to shops, restaurants, and the University. Felt safe and tucked away from the main road. No noise from neighbors.

The second bedroom had a Dutch door to the outside and the locks did not feel very safe. We were happy there was on-site security over night. Collecting/dropping off keys at a separate location was not ideal as we arrived in the dark with lots of luggage. However, instructions were clear and it was a fast process.

Great location for exploring Stellenbosch! First time staying in an apartment with a couple of friends, the apartment set up worked perfectly for us - having a living area to socialise was great. Felt safe and secure at all times due to there being a security guard there at night. Was nicely decorated, with comfortable beds.

No negative feedback - we had a great visit!

Beautifull 1928's house with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The security guard(Eugene) was very friendly and helped us load our luggage when we left early in the morning.

The parking area has loose gravel and bricks and it is very tight to go down the little driveway and park your car.

Location is close to the eateries in Stellenbosch. The host , Liza-Marie was excellent, kind hearted and really ensured you we comfortable and had everything you needed. The room was homely, there was a chocolate on the bed when I arrived. Fairy lights when there was load shedding and spare blankets in the cupboard. There place gives mini cottage vibes. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent, central location within walking distance to university, restaurants, shops and bars. Off street parking and secure with locked gate and night security guard.

The security guard woke us at 7am on our departure day (we had not asked for this) and seemed to be expecting us to pay him.

As usual the place is very clean, in a quiete area and very secure.

The TV had one chanel. The instructive we fou d there said it showed more channels nut when we asked we got no response. I asked my laundry to be done and quite frankly it was not be best laundry clothes were not carefully washed or iron. We normally stay at this property and one of the things they have is the quick response, yet this time around we got very few no no response on on some of our queries...

I had not read my messages so got to the room and couldn't get in - so called the reception and realised that reception is 3 roads away - so needed to go fetch the keys and then only could ride in.

I didn't like the wires hanging from the TV - it looked untidy. I didn't like that there is no bath - my baby needs a bath. we were two adults and a toddler - but they only gave us one coffee sachet for the first morning.

Loved how clean and quiet it was. The staff were so lovely.

The only downside is you’ll have to check in and out at a different location (a 5 min walk) but that’s about it.
