Cozy place! The beds are very comfortable, and the room is very clean. the fact that there is a coin washing machine was amazing !!

Far from the subway station Our room was located next to the stairs.. which was noisy at some point.. it felt like someone was trying to get in to our room which was a scary thing to hear every-time especially at night. but it was just the door to the stairs.

Staff was polite and helpful. The bed and the room was huge. Excellent value for money. Location is very good, close to many buses and only 10 min walk from the nearest metro station. Very nice rooftop for enjoying a drink while having a look around.

Noisy AC that we could not turn off. We found some hair on the pillows and in the bathtub. Nothing dramatic because the rest of the room was very clean despite this.

Everything was on spot at this hotel. It is conveniently located next to Changgyeonggung and at 15min walking from DDP. The room, bathroom and the lobby were spotless, the bed so comfortable and the staff very helpful. To my favorite clerk at the Front Desk, yes you with the Ronaldinho phone cover, THANK YOU for all the good infos about the city and the restaurants you gave us. We appreciate it a lot!! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends :)

That our flight changed the departing time and we had to leave early!

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, so not so much noise a big crowds. Most of the reception staff was really nice and helpful. However there were some who didn't bother to help you with getting a taxi or similar. Please not that if you don't have Korean mobile number and/or you don't speak Korean. Calling a taxi or installing an App can be quite a challenge.

As said in the "what I did like" section staff was occasionally helpful and occasionally not ( from person to person) Most of the restaurants and life was at other places e.g. Dongdaemoon or similar. So having metro closer would be much more convenient. Metro was approximately 15-20min walk so you can't really just quickly jump around. The breakfast in the hotel was really bad, so you would have to look for some other place to eat, making it less comfortable.

There was a good selection of food for breakfast, however it wasn't kept very warm! We had a large corner room with en-suite which was excellent. Surprised there were only 2 lifts for a hotel of this size. Have to mention Jong Jin (Jay) as he was excellent, friendly, helpful and informative. He provided information and map about the local area as well as suggestions for places to visit and to eat - thank you. We liked the location of the hotel as we could walk to many places - the palaces and temples as well as many restaurants were all within easy walking distance.

The size of the breakfast room was small. Breakfast could have been kept warmer.

It was definitely very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful if you needed anything. Unfortunately our air-conditioning was broken so we had to keep calling the front desk to turn it on or off but it wasn't too much of a problem because we were out and about for most of the day. One particular receptionist (the young individual with glasses - sorry I don't recall his name) was very helpful and genuine! The location was perfect, commutable to anything you would want to see in Seoul including the palaces which were all a walking distance. You can also see the palace from the hotel rooftop. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Location is good. It's convenient for visiting some beautiful palace in town. Near the bus stop so you can easily take the bus to go anywhere. Beside the street is not crowded so you can enjoy your stay

The air-con is not quite good. We didn't know it's working or not. Sometimes feel a bit hot in the room so we have to open windows which we can hear the noise from street

The location is fantastic with several bus stops within a short walk, walking distance to the palaces, three different convenience stores within 200 meters, as well as the Ihwa-dong area for good eats. Gwangjang market is a short bus ride away also. Rooms were cleaned with fresh towels every time we came back. The staff were very polite and helpful as well.

The property itself was very good. The lobby was clean, they had a coin laundry room and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The room was very good, the only thing that was a little too small was the wardrobe. Except from that, everything was excellent. Staff was the nicest! They even recommended us great places to visit and genuinely cared. Housekeepers we’re the sweetest and always considered if we needed longer to get ready :) BTW: the location is perfect for young people/students since it’s like a university district with many young people and lots of fun things to do!

It was perfect, I stayed for almost a month and it was amazing ! The room was clean, I got a beautiful view, and the staff were so nice ! Everyone was a so kind, and helpful ! A big thanks to the staff from the reception and the women who cleaned my room every day. Really thanks so much for taking such a good care of me ! I really recommend this hotel !
