the site is great & the location is perfect, its right by the airport which is great & the rooms are brilliant, cannot fault this place, it was brilliant, 2 pools which were great although they were closed when we visited in Jan as a bit to cold, food was good in the restaurant, or you had a full size kitchen in you apartment to cook yourself, there was also a washer machine & dryer

Our apartment was nice and spacious, the staff was very friendly. We liked the option with the parking under the building. You just stepped out of the car almost into the elevator to the apartment. Nice and quiet location just outside of Alicante. Nice garden. We liked it that we got fresh towels everyday and that the beds were made every day. Nice view from the very spacious balcony.

Breakfast was ok, but unfortunately not so much variation. After 5 days eating the same stuff you really have enough of it... Also is the breakfast room way too small for the amount of guests. We had to eat outside 1 day and that was not so comfortable with 11 degrees celcius. The rest of the week we managed to sit inside but we had to get out of bed early to be able to find a place inside. The cleaning staff missed some small (but important) details. For a 4 star accomodation you could expect a bit better cleaning.

for a self catering apartment it would have been useful if there were things like tea towels, washing up liquid and sponges.

We had two fantastic nights. Wonderful complex (an oasis in a stark landscape), great apartments, fantastic pools (heated - nice and warm water - bravo for that), superb breakfast, choice was amazing and lovely poolside setting and atmosphere, pleasant vibe. We were on a long drive around Spain and this was a top notch place to unpack, use the excellent washing drying facilities of the apartment, and relax on the balcony and by the pools. Great Lidl close by to top up with any groceries. We had ringside seats over one of the tees, and spent a few hours watching the golfers drive off.

It was a new area for us, and the approach is a little barren, with scrubland, some dereliction, some graffiti disfigured infrastructure, that some may find unsettling. But once in the apartment complex, all is great.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We are a family of 4 (2 kids, aged 11 and 7 years and stayed for 5 nights. The 2 bedroom apartment was so spacious and well accommodated (washing machine and dryer was a real bonus). The beds were very comfortable, and the fresh towels and daily bed changes were such a bonus. The grounds are lush and well maintained. We stayed at the beginning of June and the hotel never felt very busy, with the pool never feeling busy or cramped. There were ample sun loungers available, meaning we could come and go as we pleased. The more shallow kids pool is also really generous in size. The hotel buffet breakfast was lovely, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The staff on reception were always so helpful, ordering taxis for us each evening with no difficulty. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

During our stay, they were filming a tv show and some of the facilities were closed. We weren't notified of this until check in. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner for most of our stay, but with an option to eat in the golf club house, which was a little bit away from the main hotel (~1km). (However, they did offer a car service to and from, for those who needed it). The second/main pool was also closed for filming. However, it didn't greatly impact on our stay and it still felt very spacious and not at all busy. Only a minor negative.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff were helpful (especially with booking taxis) and friendly, the pools were warm and very clean and the apartments were big, comfortable and clean. The whole area is very quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast is great, lots of choice and the food was very good. The ladies at the pool bar were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to go in Alicante.

One of the pools was closed, which we were not informed about ahead of our stay so that was a little disappointing. The pool bar closes at 7:30pm and the drinks choice is a little limited. The dinner menu in the restaurant by reception isn’t great - the food wasn’t bad but it was more snack food like sandwiches and pizzas, maybe the restaurant at the golf club is better but we didn’t go there. You are not allowed to drink in the pool.

My apartment was 611 and was a bit out of the way. I arrived late. I was quite scared walking alone as it was very dark. No one came to help. Thete was no kettle in my room. There were no English channels, and when i arrived, I felt as though I was in prison. No one explained that there were shutters on all the windows. I felt it was poor. No one walked to the room with me it was very late, and I was really quite scared. There was also no entertainment or music during the day. Service in the restaurant was very slow at dinner. Breakfast in the morning was cold. Every day I came down, the fried eggs were cold. The plates were cold, too. No warm plates. I had to ask for the eggs to be cooked fresh, and when I did, the girl looked at me in not a very nice way.

The hotel is exceptionally green and well-maintained. My kids loved the swimming pools, and the 2-bedroom apartment we booked was perfect—very clean and spacious. I want to give a special thanks to the receptionist who went above and beyond on the day of our checkout. She came to my room twice to help with my luggage, even though this isn't a standard service at the hotel. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, especially since I was alone with two small children.

The pool's opening and closing hours should be more flexible during the summer.

Excellent apartments, they're too big for one person but well kept. Breakfast is really good, a lot of variety. Restaurant serves up good food in the afternoons and evenings, albeit the same menu. Handy that it has a washer and dryer too Golf course attached too 😁🏌🏼‍♂️⛳️ Being secluded it's very quiet But a stones throw away from the airport

A simple kettle would be good. However, I did just boil water in a pan that's provided. Little out of the way from any nightlife

the hotel is always very pleasant, the swimming pool very well maintained, the breakfast impeccable, my rental perfect. the cleaning (in particular done by Sati) very good. the restaurant staff always available and very friendly and above all very professional. finally the beautifully maintained green spaces. Thank you for this very pleasant and relaxing stay.

the gym is not maintained, many devices are broken or not maintained and not repaired. the room lacks ventilation, it is not possible to do sports after 10 a.m., it is too hot. which is dangerous for health (risk of heart failure). air conditioning is essential. I was not able to take advantage of the gym, although it is an important service. do you think you will do anything to improve this next year?
