Clean, comfortable and staff were friendly

The description stated less than 5k from the airport, which is true if you are crow! That was the reason we chose it, but it's actually a 21k drive because it's on the wrong side of the motorway. It would be helpful if the description stated this.

We flew into Alicante very late so I booked the closest hotel to the airport so we could get an early start the next day. This hotel fit the bill. I was not expecting much, just a basic hotel room which is what we got. Parking was free in a private and fenced lot. Check in was seamless. The rooms were basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rest of the hotel was clean, smoke free. The attached 24hr restaurant was basic but clean and we had a small meal before heading out early the next morning.

very convenient for airport- in the south bound side of motorway so a bit convoluted to get to the northbound side to access airport. Hotel is absolutely acceptable- clean, spacious room,great reception staff, secure parking. Restaurant provides freshly prepared food- not gourmet but streets ahead of motorway service food in UK.

We were attending an event in Elche so it was the perfect, very affordable, hotel for us. The room was very clean, very comfortable bed, a great shower and having the service station restaurant on hand actually proved to be real bonus ( we hadn't anticipated using it) We had some drinks and food which were good and reasonably priced. The staff were very polite and friendly. There was no noise from the road at all.

It was literally a 6 minute drive to the event in Elche but more than twice as long returning. To access the hotel you have drive a long way round - but it was what it was and it was ok.

Great hotel for airport, either once you have arrived or before going home. Staff are multi-lingual and really friendly. Hotel has a secure parking area (closed from 11:00 - 07:00 hrs) restaurant and front desk is 24 hours. Room has all that you will need, but no coffee making facilities (but the Restaurant has everything you could ask for at good prices). Petrol station is right next to the hotel so good if you have to fill up a hire car before return. Rooms are very clean and large, they have double or twin options and the showers are excellent. Lots of plugs in the room for charging and co0mes with AC as standard (hot and cold) All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for location and ease of use, they always seem to have rooms, the place is peaceful during the night and offers a great jumping off point for your Spanish adventures! Local police seem to use the restaurant for breaks so the whole area feels really safe and secure.

Beds are quite hard but clean and well equipped (extra bedding in the wardrobe)

Ideal for a stop over when using Alicante airport. Comfortable, spacious & quiet room with good modern facilities with easy access to the attached 24 hour restaurant / cafeteria. The food was good, the reception very efficient & pleasant. Wherever or whatever the service it was always offered with a smile. A good find with overnight locked, private parking for hotel guests. The Galp petrol station for topping up the car was handy too, so all in all a place worth remembering if flying in or out of Alicante.

Nothing to dislike, but a little concern was being on the wrong side of the motorway to get to the airport next morning. With the SatNav to guide us, it wasn’t difficult, just strange to be heading back towards Murcia before the appropriate exit & crossover could be found to get us back on track. Altogether about a 15 minute journey at 9.15 am, so actually nothing to worry about. An alternative might have been to park the car at the service station on the opposite side of the motorway & use the footbridge over to Hotel AG, but then the security of the hire car might have been debatable.

The hotel was in a good location to get to from ALICANTE airport. Our flight in was late and so the 24 hour café just off the foyer was a godsend as we didn’t arrive until 11.40 at night. Room was clean and spacious. We would happily stay there again

The mattress on the bed was uncomfortably hard which made for a challenging nights sleep. The stay was just a stop over for us. Taxi from airport to hotel at night 13 euros. Taxi from Hotel back to airport in the morning 34 euros. We were totally ripped off, it would have been good if there was a set fee as this is the trip that the majority of people make.

it’s near to the airport for my flight home and can always get a drink or food no matter what time you arrive.

This time when I stayed the man on reception said he could not book a taxi for me in the morning for the airport, as he said they had been some problem between the hotel and the taxi firms. I found this a bit of a problem as I don’t speak Spanish and it was hard to communicate with the person who I rang for a taxi. I was wondering if it would come as it was 4.45am in the morning. Bit stressful and they have always booked for me in the past. would be better if you could get this service back as it takes the stress out of wondering if you can get a taxi early hours the next morning. For your flight home.

Very good value motorway hotel. Close to Alicante airport so perfect for overnight stop with early or late flight. 24 hour restaurant. Taxi from airport €15/20 - it’s only 7k but going to the airport €35 or so. The distance is much longer due to which side the hotel is situated on the A70 - over 20k to get back onto the airport ring road. Clean, comfortable, secure parking, quick easy check in & out.

More accurate distance to airport would have been helpful.

Very convenient to access when travelling southwards, was able to get something to eat 24/7 and easy check in

There was a vehicle in main car park with 2 males who were acting suspiciously watching people and then driving their vehicle close to another vehicle which had just parked. We were advised that we could park our vehicle in the secure car park which had the gates locked from 1am until 7 am. So this is what we did but as we could see the car park just below our window, we were aware that this didn’t actually happen.
