Evening Entertainment Area, plastic and paper cups at night, lunch and dinner very repetitive.

The restaurant's work and the quality of the food are excellent. We had all kinds of seafood, and there was a wide variety of desserts, meat, fish, and vegetables. The staff works flawlessly—fast and efficiently. The bungalows are clean; ours had been recently renovated. The cleaning staff came every other day, changing even the bed linen. The work of the entire staff is outstanding. The hotel's security is also good. The bar operates efficiently, quickly, and with high quality. We all understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but for a three-star hotel, everything is maintained at a high level. The hotel is not very far from the ocean—just a 15-minute walk. The location is quite nice, with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, and there’s a supermarket nearby for convenience. Additionally, there’s a bus stop about a 10-minute walk away, with buses heading to the airport and other towns on Fuerteventura.

As for drawbacks, in our opinion, the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people in the neighboring bungalow. Planes fly overhead on their way to the airport, but thankfully, they only operate from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The internet is very weak and requires constant reconnections.

Swimming pools, restaurant

Breakfast and lunch excellent! Evening meal we went out most nights! On Christmas Day they went the extra mile making it special for guests and provided an excellent Christmas Day dinner complete with bubbles and table decorations! The restaurant staff were fantastic so helpful pleasant and hard working! The facilities if you have a later flight were fabulous with showers, storage and lock boxes! Pools were fresh but the kids didn’t care Overall a fantastic stay at a fantastic place! Loved it here and will definitely come back!

Bar staff at the pool with slides were a bit moody and not as approachable as others!

FOOD GOOD PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM

The restaurant offers a good choice of freshly prepared food with healthy options. We stayed in a bungalow with a lovely view of the sea in the distance. It was fairly modern and had everything we needed. The whole complex and resort is very accessible for wheelchair users. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. There's a choice of 3 pool areas with quiet areas and busier areas for family's. Kids facilities are good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is great value for money.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. Evening entertainment wasn't great for couples - it's more geared towards families. I didn't notice any signs giving food allergy information in the restaurant and snack bars.

We were a bit deterred by comments made earlier about the hotel but we did not experience anything negative. Hotel was clean, food same like everywhere else, PLENTY of space for sun loungers (i don't even know why ppl would say otherwise) . Kids enjoyed it , I think its good value for money, nothing over the top and nothing too negative.

Average hotel , you get what u pay for, if you wanna spend double go 5 star

Great facilities and very good food, good that there is a space to dine outside . Lovely accommodation and good pools. Not too far from the beach.

The restaurant was very busy and noisy, good there was option to eat outside where was a little quieter. The entertainment was really bad and its pity as there is a great space to do something great just a proper entertainment team is needed. Even on Halloween night, there was a person playing saxophone very boring. The other night was bingo, but you had to play it on your phone, so kids were excluded and lasted all 30 min as the winner was automatically announced on the screen. There is no entertainment for kids over 5 years, which is a pity.

Lovely, modern, clean. Staff were all really lovely!! I travelled with my daughter and grandson and felt safe the whole time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with the baby. The food nice. A little bit for everyone. Towels were changed every other day We would definitely stay again

I have to say negative to keep it real.. but it really wasnt a bother - The cord on the kettle was too short so had to put kettle on the floor Beds a little hard Pools were cold There wasn't a big enough bin for us to dispose of nappies.

It was clean, staff were friendly, great to have a choice of pools, food was fine. Could always find a sun bed. Happy with our overall stay for the money we paid. Would go back or recommend to others. Felt safe nice to see female security around as well.

Can’t say disliked, would improve if had one of the pools heated maybe. Also drinks selection on AI could be increased ie to include pink gin or a pina colada. Or if you upgraded should then be able to get without further charges.
