We needed a place to stay close to the Barcelona Nord Bus Station as we were arriving quite late. The apart hotel was indeed 4 minutes walking so the location was perfect for our needs. The neighbourhood felt safe despite being close to the station. We found some Chinese restaurants working late so this was also convenient. The apartment itself was very spacious and I would say appropriate for families with 1-2 kids. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and welcoming. It was rather convenient that the reception worked 24/7 as we had to leave early the next morning. The kitchen was well equipped

Lack of Air conditioners - neither in the living room, nor in the bedrooms. This was a problem for us and I personally could not rest well. I guess it is my mistake I missed this in the description of the place but it is worth noting. Soundproofing of the windows is not great and you can definitely hear noises from the street. Some of the furniture and especially bathroom sanitary amenities are rather old and worn off. although it was generally clean we found some hairs on the unused towels. We found the place to be a bit overpriced for what it offers

The apartment had 2 bedrooms which was a great surprise as I thought it was only one. It is centrally located with lots of supermarkets and restaurants around. Metro 2 blocks away and bus stations nearby. Friendly and accommodating staff. We had early check in at 12 pm and we could leave our luggage when we had to check out early.

Cleaning is only towel change and trash removal. Sheets were not changed, so be prepared to clean or ask if you need them changed. Make sure you have earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It could get loud, but it is not a busy street.

Great location, easy bus ride access, especially to Camp Nou :) ... bars, restuarants and mini markets just a stone throw away.

Rooms a bit dated, needs some upgrading.

The whole house is an old renovated apartment house, our flat was an apartment once. It's super spacious with a separate kitchen, nice living room and a good balcony. The staff in the house is really there 24/7 and super friendly. The flat is close to public transport and super well located. Value for money is excellent. I would come back there.

It's not the newest house and the flat itself is not the newest either or not decorated with too many exciting details. However, it's super clean and absolutely nice enough. (I was working there during several days in the living room and it still felt good. So it's not a real downturner)

The apartment was so bright, spacious and airy. Very comfortable.. The apartment is situated on the interior of the building so was quiet. Well located (there are 2 supermarkerts, a fruitshop, deli and cafe all on thr same section of the street as the aparthotel).

No washing machine (which I already knew before booking but would have been great of there was one as there is space for its installation). No iron.Safety deposit box could be more secure. No drying rack or balcony furniture so we couldn't really use the large balcony.

Our apartment was very spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Even had a TV with Netflix. Staff at reception were always very pleasant and allowed us to store our luggage after checking out. Location was great, a few minutes from 2 metro stations and different bus lines, and surrounded by restaurants. Felt safe at night too.

Wifi was very slow at times and I couldn’t even load google maps. Not enough shower gel and shampoo provided - only 2 tiny travel sized bottles for a 4-night stay. Bathroom could also use some updated decor and the bed was very creaky.

Excellent apart hotel. Stayed with my husband. We had an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. The apartment is large and comfortable. The area is the best to live in Bars. The only negative is that we stayed for 12 days and we really missed the washing machine. The staff is excellent, all the maids are from Russia. Almost everyone at the reception also speaks Russian. And in English, of course. In general, everything is great!

The apartment we stayed in was for three - very spacious, very practical and at an excellent location. There's subway close by, most of the sightseeing is at around a 30-minute walk. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes nearby as well, and a lot of public transport stops. The personnel was very kind - with the checkin, some tips around the city and also basic information we needed for public transport due to a very early checkout (5am). They cleaned the apartment each day and were considerable for extra towels we might need. More about the apartment - it has an AC, hair dryer, towels, wardrobes for clothes, safe, a very nice kitchen (with a stove, dish washer, prepared for cooking and drinks, and a fridge). Also, there's a smart TV with a very comfy couch. Overall - the apartment was perfect, especially after a long walking day - you get a wonderful space to chill and take a rest. Would recommend any time.

We booked here after our chosen accommodation let us down last minute and the man at reception was very kind and helpful in helping me to sort things out. It was a good size apartment with a well equipped kitchen, they even gave us sample of oil and vinegar. Very close to the two different tube station (altough one was closed when we were there) and the beach is only 15 minutes away by bus.

The neighbourhood was not great to walk through from the city centre and we could not find many shops open on a Sunday. As it is a residential area, there are not many tourists around. Some parts of the apartment such as the kitchen looked quite tired. The furnitures were quite dated and the air con in the bedroom did not work as well as the other room so may need cleaning.

Cleanliness was 10/10. Could not be faulted in any way. We stayed for a week and change over of linen was done regularly. There was always amble fresh towels provided. Room attendants were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fresh and bright and beautifully decorated. We looked out over the street. We felt looked after. The building itself was well maintained and reception staff welcoming. On our arrival early in the morning we dropped off our bags in their secure storage. The receptionist on that morning saw that we had a child with us and upon getting access to the room later that day we realised that he had moved us from a paid for 2 bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment and placed a baby cot inside the main room with us. As this was not what we had pre-booked and paid for we request to be moved from this room into a two bedroom room. The receptionist on that afternoon was helpful in correcting that for us. This could have been an issue but he took care of it. The hotel is located in a beautiful street with good food places around, a supermarket and walking distance to the main attractions and old town and beaches. On leaving one of the receptionists was really helpful in getting us a car to the airport and even kept our little daughter entertained whilst we made all of the arrangements. Really lovely guy! Our stay was comparable in prices to some really dodgy Air B&B's I had been looking at at the same time so was really happy with our decision. Thanks for having us Aparthotel Napols. From scotland.
