This property was fantastic-it was clean, comfortable and the apartment had everything you could possibly need.. it is very central to all the local attractions-it is a short walk away from the main square where you can get on the red or blue route tourist bus which was a great way of seeing all parts of the city. The staff on the desk at reception were so kind and helpful. We arrived in the evening but we were sent very clear instructions of how to access our key prior to our visit. There’s a lovely restaurant just underneath that does delicious tapas but there are so many restaurants nearby to choose from. There’s also a local supermarket to buy anything you need nearby. It’s only a 10 minute drive from the train station and 30 minutes to the airport. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent mid city location just 10 minutes by train to Gothic Quarter. So many great restaurants near-by. Easy check in and check out. It had a washing/drying machine. Kitchen with full utensils. It had channels that broadcasted Euro football games. Great view from swimming pool.

There was no microwave, no gym and the dryer took around 4 hours to dry load. Small apartment with no door to separate living room from bedroom for privacy or quiet.

For the price per night when staying for several nights, I would have expected the rooms to be cleaned and towels changed. Also hot water a bit inconsistent and pressure varied.

Midtown exceeded my expectations in every way, looks much better then photos. From the start we were greeted by two receptionist who attended to every need we had. We want to mention Daniel & Leidy and thank them for setting the tone for our stay, friendly and answered all our questions and went out of their way to help us settle in. They were able to check us in 30 min early, The terrace with lovely views from a nice size pool. The 2 Bedroom apartment, beautifully designed, decor, and great AC, Bed was so comfortable, rooms spacious. Everything looks brand new and exceptionally clean. It comes with a washer. I did not need Parking but they have parking available.

I already had accommodation booked but decided last minute to change to an apartment. I’m so glad I did. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. I was staying in BCN with my son and the setup of 2 single beds and a living area was perfect. Loved the kitchen so we dined in one evening. There’s a grocery shop just over the street. What I really loved was the location. It’s the cool quiet part of town so lots of coffee shops, a gym and nice places to breakfast or brunch. The Banksy museum is 5 minutes walk from the building. Then the main tourist attractions are 20-40 minute walks away. Check in was easy and you can leave your luggage on check in and out days. The staff are very very helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely book again.

No complaints at all.

The room and the whole property was really very clean and tidy. However, you have to pay if you want your room to be cleaned. If you stay more than a week you are entitled to one free cleaning. The property is 15 minutes walk from La Rambla and It is located in a quiet and beautiful area with excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. Oscar, the man at the reception, is a plus for the property, always smiling, kind and willing to help! Thank you, Oscar! You made our stay even more awesome!

Nothing I didn’t like.

I use a small mobility scooter so I need somewhere which is accessible. We are a family of four, two of us use a very small mobility scooter. Midtown Apartments was great for us - it was very accessible into the building [though the front door is super heavy...], the staff were always friendly and helpful, there are two lifts to the apartments/pool, the apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had great access generally. The shower was wet room style with grab rails and there was a removable shower seat. It had the option of a hand held shower head or an overhead shower head, it took a while to warm up sometimes but it was a really lovely shower with good water pressure. The rooftop pool was the cherry on the cake for me - such an amazing view - with easy steps [I can't do a ladder] into the pool. There are three small steps from the lift to the pool side itself but there was a wheelchair platform lift, I didn't need to use that so I don't know if it worked but the staff were super helpful so I'm sure they would do anything they could to fix it if it didn't. I loved my daily swim with a view! The apartment is in a great location, we walked/scooted everywhere from there, and we loved getting our chocolate dipped croissants and cronuts [a cross between a donut and a croissant, filled with chocolate!] for breakfast from El Fornet round the corner!

The front door into the building was very heavy so I couldn't do that solo. I didn't like the towel bar across the front of the sink in the bathroom, it just got in the way of my being able to reach the tap, and the hairdryer was really heavy. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable with dips in the mattress but I got round this by sleeping the other way round in the bed! But these small grips wouldn't stop me from recommending this place and coming back.

Very modern and spacious one bedroom apartment. Clean and well stocked with all we needed including a washing machine with laundry soap. Good location for walking around Bracelona, close to everything we wanted.

Pool hours are too short, it would be so nice to be on that rooftop deck in the evening but it all closes at 5pm. When we arrived there was a terrible smell in our refrigerator and we could barely open it without the smell filling the room. I am sure it had been cleaned but it needed to air out or have a smell remover in it before we arrived and needed to use the fridge for our things.

I recently stayed at Midtown Apartments to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it was an excellent experience! The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—definitely a 10 out of 10! It’s within walking distance to all the main attractions in Barcelona, and there are several great restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Exotica on Trafalgar 23, which served delicious food.

While I would rate my overall experience a perfect 10 or even 11, I felt there was a small opportunity for improvement. Since it was my birthday, I would have appreciated a little gesture, like a birthday card or a complimentary bottle of wine.

A spacious apartment in an amazing location with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very central, but still on a silent street - we were not bothered during the night. We also felt safe as the entrance to the building was only for tenants with keys and no strangers could get in. Plus, we liked the parking option - right in the same building with elevators taking you to the apartment floor.

As other people mentioned, it indeed took time for water to get hot so we had to leave it running for a while before taking a shower. Other than that, everything was great!
