We loved our stay at Chi in Barcelona. Glad we picked this place. When the safe did not open, the staff was there in 5 min to fix it. Photos were accurate to the room. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room's heating/air condition did not work (probably b/c February) but we opened the windows every night and the cool breeze made the room comfortable. The location was centrally located with subway station and bus stop very close. It was quiet neighborhood even though it was so close to many attractions. There is a Peruvian restaurant next door to the hotel that was excellent and a cafe on the other side of the hotel, that was also great. There was a convenient store across the hotel so if you need anything, it was in walking distance.

I'm really pleased that I discovered this property after a terrible experience with Centre Hotel Gran Via. Chi Hotel was very welcoming, with great facilities and comfortable accommodations. They had 24/7 reception and services. The staff were well-trained and communicated professionally. They made genuine efforts to allow me to check in early, even though it was not guaranteed. The man on the morning of 13/08 was a gentleman. I want to commend the hotel for their hospitality, and I made sure to refer you to my friends, so you might get busier next August. 😊

Nothing, really. I didn't eat breakfast, but I'm sure it will be good, and it was only €11.5. The receptionist was smart enough to advise me not to prepay until I was sure I would eat breakfast, which was kind and professional.

Look no more. THIS is the hotel to stay in Barcelona! First of all, the location cannot be any better! the metro station is 1 min from the entrance, the neighborhood is beautiful with a really nice vibe and some of the nicest tapas bars of the city. Everything is walking distance if you like to walk. the room is amazing, spacious, with the most comfortable bed and a little balcony that gets you the best sunlight in the morning. But above all.. the room and the hotel is spotless clean! I mean, it’s probably one of the cleanest hotels you will ever stay in. BIG thank you and congrats to the maids. thank you Chi team, you’ve been amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chi Hotel. - Friendly Staff - Perfect size room - Aircon - Swimming pool (very small) but does the job. - Rooms have mini fridge - Easy accessible Felt very welcome and safe at Chi Hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which can be very rare in a hotel. Room was perfect. The hotel is about a 20 Minute walk into Les Ramblas or there is a metro 100m down from hotel front. We did not eat in hotel so cannot comment. Over all would definitely return and 100% recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was perfect. Location is great, there is metro station near and also if you decide to walk the center is close.If you want to go to the beach you can go with metro like 10 min with metro. Breakfast was also great. The staff were very polite and very kind. Lets get to the best part, the room. It was clean and everything is new in the room. It is spacious and bathroom was very good. Rooms has everything that you need and that you have at home. Everytime i go to Barcelona i know where i will stay.

Ok location, metro stop was only 1min away. Aerobus from El Prat airport to the hotel took only 30mins door to door. Very clean room and excellent air conditioning. Rooftop pool was amazing around siesta time to enjoy the sun and cool off in the small pool. I am very allergic to mold, dust and VOC, and had no trouble staying at this hotel. Comfy bed.

We arrived at 13:00 and needed to work, the receptionist told us that we can check in at 14:00 and that she will tell us when our room is ready so we stayed at the lobby. The room was not ready at 14:00. :( It was 14:40 and we saw her check in some other guests, so I went to ask if we can finally check in now and it seemed like she forgot about us again. Didn’t apologize and her energy overall was weird. Very bad first impression. Got assigned first floor room so the noises from the street were loud. Toilet sink didnt flush well. No fridge.

Super clean and very spacious! Beds were comfortable for a three night stay. Has a pool. Near Rocaport metro.

Walls are NOT as soundproof as they claim. We could hear banging at 3 am, which interrupted our sleep. In addition, please note the room comes with very basic toiletries—2in1 shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap. I requested body lotion and conditioner and they said they did not have any to offer but there was a store near by. Pool is small.

Clean and modern hotel in a great location, the staff was very kind and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they provided free water to us every day. Also the AC was great. Wifi worked well. Great neighborhood with many good eateries nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Very few amenities in the bathroom, just soap and shower gel - no vanity set, shower cap or other things that three star hotels usually provide. The shower also doesn't have a shelf where you can place the shower gel, we had to put it on the floor and bend over to pick it up each time - it wasn't a big inconvenience for us, but I think for other guests it could be.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Places in Barcelona have complicated feelings about tourism, but the staff were very welcoming even though my Spainish is bad. They have 24 hours reception and accomodated an early check out. They also sent me info on how to get to the hotel in the app, which saved me money on like a 40 euro taxi from the airport. They gave me great tips on what to do in the city and the cleaning staff were amazing.

I expected the pool area to be a bit bigger and the pool itself to be deeper, but it is rooftop. The view is cool and its very easy to chill and catch some sun or sit in the shade and read a good book. I included a view from the rooftop pool in my review.
