The property was beautiful, clean easy to reach and located in a fancy and safe place.

Location, location, location - great for shopping and access for eating out. Great breakfast spread; terrace a happy place to chill at end of day. A winning service was allowing us to store luggage several days prior to checkin. A high recommendation to friends and family. But see below.

Bathroom badly designed and very big drawback to comfort of stay. So many silly, bad points!! Step dividing the confined area is a hazzard! Inevitable water splashing from shower stall makes the whole place messy and adds to the hazzard. Going into the toilet stall requires deft manouvering between the main door and the internal glass door, and minding the step. Flashy but flimsy cistern buttons. Why the gap between the table top and the back wall? Not hooks to hang the big towels after showering. Internal glass doors right up to ceiling also unhelpful in this regard and totally superfluous.

The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly, responding and eager to help. Very good breakfast and facilities.

The only problem was that all nights there were noises of rats walking in the ceiling, which was very annoying and did not make for a very good sleep.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are great and clean, staff are friendly , good breakfast, very well located - all was great . Alex was great in recommending a good restaurant for my birthday .

Room was nice, great views, great location. Breakfast was much more than expected. The staff went out of their way to be helpful! Rooftop and restaurant were wonderful.

Hallways were dark

Best location to metro, main centre and shopping. We had the family room and it was very spacious, deep bath and great shower. Love that there was always someone to open the front door and greet you. The roof top has a great view of Sagrada Familia and a Gaudi building. Had a nice sauna and a quick dip to cool down.

The tv only has satellite channels and that is no good if you can’t speak the local language, no streaming services or screen mirroring. So we couldn’t use it to chill and watch a movie together.

Perfect location , Super clean , Modern and had everything you need from a top hotel. The batroom was luxurious . walking disctance from Sagra da familia , 15 minutes walking distance from La ramblas , which was perfect as you do not want to stay near that place. The view from the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the reception were exteremely friendly , compliant and helpful. In particular Carlos - He made our trip so much better. Recommended us the best restaurants to eat and places to go. Will definitely stay again .

The staff was incredible! They were so warm and welcoming, and always had great suggestions of where to eat. We followed their recommendations and had some of the best meals we've ever eaten in Barcelona. The location was fantastic! Having La Pedrera and Casa Bantllo within 1-2 blocks was perfect. We were in the center of all the action. It was Christmas time so the streets had beautiful light decorations. The rooms were very nice and a good size.

location was very good. staff was friendly and helpful. room was a good size. bed was comfortable. terrace/balcony was large. Servers at breakfast were good. Very nice rooftop.

sewer odor came out of the shower drain. After we used the shower, it diminished, terrace was dirty, It had not been cleaned. Breakfast did not have hot cereal. They limit the amount of eggs we could eat. The selection of food was average and limited as compared to other hotels we have been.

Loved the location between Casa Mila and Casa Batlo. Easy to get anywhere else in the city and plenty to do and places to eat and shop within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was lovely! The food was good.

We were on the 7th floor, which was quiet overall, though for some reason there were people on the roof top terrace working at 6am every morning. Moving tables or chairs around. We hardly heard the people at night, but the morning was louder. We did tell the front desk when we left. It really wasn’t bad enough to change rooms.
