Very clean, location very good - near a metro station. Lovely balcony overlooking the main street.

The safe didn’t work. It was a bit awkward having to travel 30 minutes to a separate location to collect and drop off the keys.

The apartment is beautiful, quiet, and modernly furnished

The bad thing is that the key is delivered very far from the place. How can a visitor arrive at the airport and go another way to the office located at the main train station and come back to the apartment again??? Secondly, the insurance on the apartment is exaggerated by 200 euros, and it must be withdrawn via visa, and cash is not accepted, which is unacceptable.

Apartment located in verry nice place. Easy to find, metro just aground the corner. All shops are their as well. Maybe missed some grocery stores in neighbors.

Internet was working only in bedroom. In living room it had poor connection. As well if you take city center apparent - keys are in other corner of the city, so need to plan in advance!

Great location close to transportation train & metro. Great shopping and architectural sites close by. Wonderful restaurants etc….

Had to ask for more TP. Purchased paper towels. No seasonings or basics in kitchen.

Our apartment was at a different location that the main location but we were provided with a cab to go from reception to our apartment, which we appreciated. The overall location of our apartment was fantastic - close to the L3 subway, 20min by foot to Sagrada Familia. The apartment itself was great as well, just big enough for 3 people, comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back for my next trip to BCN!

Not much left to wish for other than there could have been more kitchen utensils. There was no chopping board and also no knives for veg/fruit. We also bought trash bags, toilet paper and dish washer tabs which normally I would expect to be provided by the accommodation.

Location, location, location! Comfy bed, quiet room and overall a clean space.

The apartment was in a fab location, just a minute walk to the main street! Lots of eateries around. Lovely balcony, and facilitates in the apartment.

I wasn't expecting the pick up location to be so far away from the apartment itself. The staff at the reception were very nice. They tried to get me checked in earlier, and text me 10 minutes after I went for a walk. Unfortunately as I walked back, they text again to say they had made a mistake and apartment wouldn't be ready for a little longer, but overall ok experience.

Nicely designed, clean and modern apartment in a good location. Our apartment faced an inner court yard so was nice and quiet. We reported a maintenance issue and the maintenance team arrived in less than 5mins and fixed the problem - great service.

The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking. No toaster, frypan, vegetable peeler etc. Knives were poor quality. Hairdryer broken and toilet roll holder broken so the apartment needs a little maintenance.

The location was great

The uplift of the access passes from a different location, approximately 3 km away was a bit of a drama. Taxi from the airport with two large suitcases, uplift passes and then attempted metro to apartment only to find metro was having maintenance issues and could only deliver so far. Stepped out onto the street only to discover heavy traffic and not a good time to hail a taxi. We ended up dragging suitcases for several kilometres to the apartment. Would prefer one pick-up point at the apartment. Will not use this system again!

The apartment we was in was lovely, comfortable with an amazing location. It was very spacious and amazing for a family as my little one had lots of room to run around and play.

Although it came across very clean you could see that there was an animal there previously. There was animal hair across all of the floor as well as a few clumbs of human hair which was bright blonde which none of our party was. Under the bed was filthy and clearly not thought of to be cleaned. Another point which isn't a negative more as an idea is to have more pots and pans to cook with. I would also say people need to be informed off when you arrive to collect your keys you have to give a £200 deposit which you don't get back until after you leave. As well as the last little bit of payment which is the tax for per person, that will be more on the day from what your told your paying, we had to pay an extra £22 more then what we was told.
