The location of the hotel was excellent for me, near the institution (UOC) where I worked. It was also near Sagrada familia and at a walking distance from the seaside which offered an opportunity for a nice relaxing stroll.

Breakfast was way too expensive! The price of 19 euros for a breakfast per person is very high. We were 2 persons staying for six nights and if we had to pay also for breakfast we would have additionally paid about 240 euros which is more than the one third of what we paid for the room!

The location is excellent! It's not right in the centre so you're not disturbed by people passing by but it is a 15 min walk from the beach, near lots of restaurants, transport links (bus stop is just outside) and a Westfield mall. This is called the Westfield Glories, with lots of shops and a huge Carrefour hypermarket. Breakfast was great with a good spread of continental breakfast, fruit and beverages. It's served between 7am and 11am to cater for both business travellers and tourists. They even catered for Covid measures by providing separate spoons and tongs for each customer. There were sanitisers at several points. Masks had to be worn in common areas. They were happy to accommodate our request for connecting rooms and extra bedding before we checked in and then further requests after we got there. The rooms are spacious and have enough storage. Lighting in the large room wasn't enough for winter months. The WiFi worked well, bathrooms are spacious and well lit with a large counter with the basin and space for a bidet. The staff were excellent, all of them. So professional, helpful and friendly. They helped arrange airport transfers and even provided umbrellas to all visitors staying, since it rained quite a bit whilst we were there. Definitely made our stay so comfortable. I hope to be staying here, whenever I visit Barcelona again.

Hotel is so nice, staff are all professional, helpful, and quite understanding. They do whatever they can to help in any matter you request or need. Rooms are quite nice, cleaned everyday as expected, breakfast was also nice, and the restaurant is very comfy. I recommend the hotel so much. It's also in a very nice area, and has an awesome city view.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful modern area, close to metro. Comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the city through a glass wall. Very good breakfast and wifi.

the bathroom is practically not ventilated (directly) the fried eggs were extremely salted - why not let each one to choose the amount of salt ?

nice room and very clean, great breakfast, great location walking 10 minutes to the beach 10 minutes to train station and tram across the road , 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport, everything is perfect and we experienced the best service ever, all staff are friendly, the reception was very helpful with COVID test documents, Excellent!, Recommended! you won’t be disappointed 👍🏻

Large room + the view from the 10th floor. Good breakfast (they rotated the food menu every 3 days for the most part). Towels were changed every day except the last two days

We really like this hotel. Its very clean and comfortable. The rooms are not huge but are very well designed, and you'll find everything you need. The location is very convenient if you are driving into the city, you'll find many restaurants and cafes nearby and is across the street from a tram that takes you everywhere. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. From directions to restaurants they helped us make our stay a memorable one.

The front desk man "David" is so kind and helpful. He introduced all attractions around the hotel for us. In addition, he answered our requests with the patient and was very efficient. Overall, the hotel is very nice, highly recommended for visitors of Barcelona.

Close to the bus stop! There was a lot to do and a lot of restaurants to choose from

Personally I’m not a fan of hardwood flooring, so would have preferred carpet. Showers need to be a bit bigger
