1. Convenient location (there is a metro station within a 5-minute walk). 2. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 3. Good sound insulation (the apartment is the width of the building, so there are no neighbors through the wall, and no one could be heard from above). 4. Convenient registration process and key collection via a machine. 5. The apartment is clean enough (although there was a dust in some places).

1. The description of the apartment states a coffee machine and a dishwasher, but they were not in the apartment. 2. The windows overlook a noisy road, so if you like to open windows, then this can be a problem. 3. It would be nice to add a spatula to the kitchen utensils.

The apartment exceeded our expectations - it was extremely clean, well furnished, spacious. The kitchen box had all the necessary cutlery and appliances. It is centrally located. We had a problem with the key entering the room in the evening. The apartments are close to 2 metro lines (1 & 2) and to Liddle 700 m away. We called the emergency phone and our problem was solved from distance for literally 1 minute! We will recommend Arago 565 apartments to our friends travelling there.

We had a dishwasher but no tabs for it - we had to buy in order to be able to use it. We recommend the owners to provide hotel slippers. It is good we had brought 2 pairs with us, otherwise we should have walked around the apartment with our trainers. And having walked for 8 hours around the city, you need to take them off while in the hotel.

Hotel's location was great. It was close to beaches and the places to visit. You can walk to a lot of places easily except Park Guell. It is also close to public transport. I like the facilities the hotel provides such as car park. It wasn't shining but it was clean enough. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for good price benefit balance.

Everthing was very well thought out only oven mittens were deficient. You should bring everthing except rag, kitchen sponge, hand soap, kitchen utensils, toilet paper and towels. I would prefer to see receptionist in the hall since I am used to it. But everthing was clearly explained. You don't need to feel uneasy. You can call the officials 7/24.

There was large bed, the mattress was good and comfortable. the kitchen has good fridge, enough pots, pans ect. Good space for the leaving room

They had only bed blankets, which there was not enough in the flat and I felt a little cold some nights.You would run out of water if you had two showers. The oven fan was making alot of noise, I had to turn it off before I completely damage the oven, as the noise got worst. There was no toaster. No welcome pack to explain access to wi-fi and the area.

- Room card sometimes didn’t work, - no shampoo or shower gel, - no salt, sugar, oil in the kitchen - weaker wifi - check in was at 1pm but cleaning lady was still there finishing room cleaning, - cold apartment,heating was only with air conditioning and it didn’t work properly, - there is dish washer but only 1 tablet for whole stay

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The air-conditioning was perfect for summer, we were really thankful for this. Comfortable mattresses. Kitchen space was good.

The attention of the concierge to helping us was not good, we had to really negotiate for parking before he agreed to help us. It only took him a few minutes. Our advice, just be persistent! Location a bit far from the centre, had to walk far but enjoyed seeing the city. The bathroom was not pleasant, quite old and difficult to use, but fortunately we don’t spend much time there.

Good value for money, very well suited for high turn over if occupants and climate controls made the stay very comfortable.

Check in was a little difficult as there was no option to perform the automatic entry process in English. No guidance on where to get food / leisure areas nearby. We walked quite a lot and found good places nearby, but a point in the right direction would have been helpful. When we found the nice restaurants with terraces they were already full, and we were pretty hungry!

The apartment was excellent and very spacious, with a kitchen and balcony. The air was working well, and there was a spacious shower.

The check-in process is quite tricky, the reception closes between 14h and 16h, and initially, I was told via intercom to wait for one hour for someone (it was very hot that day, and I was with heavy luggage), when I refused the lady advised me to do the self check in with a credit card. I only found out about this information on my arrival, so it was pretty stressful.

The location of the apartment was great, the apartment was spacious and we loved the balcony. Public transport and shops nearby were very good. Although the street was noisy, if you close the windows, the noise is filtered. Overall it was a great apartment with great value for money, I would recommend it for your stay in Barcelona.

The sofa was rather very dusty plus just a tip, the balcony furniture could be improved with at least some cushions.

Perfect location, one subway stop from La Sagrada Familia and a short walk to the The Observation Deck at the Mirador torre Glòries tower that is seen from the apartment window. Plenty of attractions next to the tower and a stunning view of the city. Highly recommend to start exploring Barcelona with a visit to the observation deck. Apartment was exceptionally clean and bright. We were met at the entrance and helped through the check in process. Kitchen was well equipped including pots pans, and electric kettle. Would stay again.
