The location is perfect. Metro and train stops just round to corner from the hotel to go anywhere. The spa is incredible, super friendly staff, rooftop pool is nice to take photos.

Having to pay extra use the spa facilities. Paying for treatments is one thing but you also have to pay to use the pool and sauna is not the greatest.

The location was great, down the street from the metro entrance, lots of shops, restaurants, buses, the L1 and L2 lines of the metro and the Rodalies as well stops there. The staff was the real gem, so kind and their assistance was valuable. The room service food was helpful to have after a long day when you no longer wanted to go out.

No air conditioning during the winter months, we had to keep the window open and listen to the traffic all night. Laundry service was astronomically expensive, so we used a nearby Laundromat instead. Bath tub was very slippery and a bit scary we would fall but we didn't.

Very beautiful hotel, that exceeded our expectations. The personel is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the room is great, confortable and has the most beautiful bathroom i have ever seen. Clean and cosy. They prepeared a nice birthday attention for my husband and my son, in the room and at the restaurant, where we served dinner. It has a good location, near metro station , has direct access from the airport, with train, it has a lot of cafes and pastreries and shops nearby. It's relativelly close to a market, with lots of places to eat and to Sagrada Familia. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a heating problem, but they were fast in trying to solve it, broght us extra blankets and suggested to switch rooms.

2 stays were booked before and after a Mediterranean cruise at Catalonia Atenas. 1st stay, the room was nice, clean and overseeing the Sant Marti street. When we checked out, we asked for a different room as we already reserved online. The staff was very helpful and upgraded to a quieter large room with a balcony . We booked breakfast for both stays and were amazed by the great diversity of cuisine offered, and the staff was very friendly and helpful and very efficient. Liked the pool with amazing views of the Segrada La Familia and Mount Juic.

Ist stay the room was on the 6th floor and it was noisy, due to being located over the Avenida Meridiana, no sleep through the night and was disappointed with the location

The room I initially got was clearly once before a smoking room and this was something I really did not want. The reception very quickly offered me another room which far surpassed my expectations. The breakfast was absolutely excellent with a great variation to be had. You could even have Chicken Curry if you really wanted to.

Not much really to say here. This is my second time of staying in the Hotel and it is very good if you are travelling alone. Good Bar to sit at there is also a rooftop pool if you want to chill out. Very close to the underground so for me an ideal location

Room, great space as we got upgraded to floor 9. Room sizes were spacious and had all the amenities. Clean and tidy. Reception is friendly and helpful. Location is somewhat away from the busy areas but that wasn't an issue.

Was a bit disappointed with one element of the breakfast. The Omelette station, the way it is cooked isn't ideal as all the ingredients needs to be mixed in and cooked instead of adding it on mid way through. When consuming the omelette, the ingredients fell out and that to me personally is a bit messy to eat. Whilst that was the only drawback, the rest of the items on offer was plentiful.

The room was too warm and couldn’t adjust temperature.

The hotel is in a good location. The bus and metro station is right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is friendly. The pool on the 11th floor is good. The view from the terrace on the 11th floor is good. Very nice smell every time you enter the hotel. I would recommend this hotel hotel very happy. Our room was quite big.

We were a small family with our teenage daughter. We didn't like the toilet door because it didn't close at all, so it was a little uncomfortable when one of us three was in the toilet.The parking is underground and that's very good, but it's too narrow and you have to drive very carefully and slowly. I would recommend a little more control and maintaining order at the pool because it's not OK if some guests occupy the entire pool, play with the ball, splash and disturb the other guests.Some guests brought their own speakers and listened to their music too loudly, which is also not ok. I would only recommend the hotel staff to check and warn such guests a little more often. Home rules .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was spacious and ideal for our family of four, with a beautifully designed bathroom and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooftop was exceptional, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere. The hotel’s location was perfect well-connected to the airport and conveniently situated in the city center, making it easy to explore. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience and would definitely return without hesitation. It was a flawless stay!

Hotel is a really good, excellent location, 5 minutes walk to metro station!! Didn't hear any noise or traffic at night. Amazing beds!! Staff are fantastic, from Juan at reception to the two guys behind the bar, really nice and friendly. Breakfast is exceptional and worth every pennt, lots of choice, healthy opinions or cooked breakfast. Great quality coffee too. Just a fabulous hotel.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Wanted to go to the roof terrace where the pool is to see the views, but it was closed, such a shame. Guests would like to go to the top, just to take in the excellent views from there!!
