Hotel itself is very nice, great location, nice food, nice pool :)

1) when checking in and out was promised complimentary parking (reasonable since i spent quite a lot) and then when leaving everyone pretended that they dont know what im talking about.. that was quite sad, since i was already late for airport. If i needed to pay at first place, could ve just said that, not pretending to be extra friendly and then just making a scene 2) took weeks to get the reseved money back, which by accident was taken more than supposed to be and numerous phone calls to get the PROMISED invoices sent to me

Benjamin was absolutely awesome! We had an issue which really impacted our initial thoughts of the hotel however after one conversation with Benjamin he sorted that out within minutes! He really changed our perception of the hotel and his actions meant that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel for the remainder of the next 3 days. Definitely made a huge impact on us!

Everything was amazing, the only thing was that the location was a bit far from the centre of Barcelona which is nothing that they can really fix and it was a very very small issue.

The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Lovely that we had a water fountain just outside the room to refill the water bottles. We had breakfast one of the mornings which was delicious. Starbucks coffee machine down in the lobby was nice. We also loved the location of the hotel

It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room, as is standard in a lot of hotels. We also thought the deposit at check in was quite steep and we were almost encouraged to spend it. The breakfast buffet was very nice but very expensive at 33 euro per person per day

Amazing executive lounge with a view of the sea and breakfast and happy hour. Worth the upgrade although would benefit from longer hours. Location is very convenient for the convention facility and only a short metro ride to sites. The shopping centre across the street was convenient for food. Room was clean, good size and well appointed.

The elevators are truly terrible. So bad that it was consistently commented on by guests walking to and from them and the hotel recognizes this and put up signs to consider taking the stairs (not so convenient when you need to rush 20 floors). The fitness facility is small and the windows look directly into a bar and large conference room which made evening workouts a bit odd.

Breakfast was excellent ,room internet worked well, friendly staff. Location was ok, really close to the convention center. The simple mall nearby was useful for last minute needs

Corridors had bad smell. Room walls were too thin, so the people staying in the next room seem almost to be at mine’s. The bath door was not good or closed enough to use the shower without throwing water out, so it was necessary to use the shower with just a little bit open taps.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Location was also good. Beautiful pool bar.

They refused to take my Hilton Honors card because I’d booked through Booking.com. Pool bar had a beach club vibe and the beds nearest the pool seemed to be for paying outside guests, so it wasn’t easy to watch the kids in the pool. And there was no life guard. Only 4 lifts for the whole building and lift stops were ‘booked’ by a computer. It was not unusual to get a message to say that no lift was available and to try again in 30 seconds. This wasn’t a problem most days, as we were happy to take the stairs but when trying to leave with heavy luggage and a need to lake transport connections it was frustrating and dangerous to consider the stairs. There needs to be a better system for anyone with luggage.

This was a fantastic room with a fantastic view. The requested ocean view didn't disappoint. We appreciated the availability of water with ice in the hallway, this was the only hotel in our 15 days in Spain that offered this and it was invaluable! The staff was amazing and very helpful! Every interaction we had from the breakfast staff, room service, front desk, maintenance and maid service was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was diverse and had something for everyone. The room itself had everything we needed, was large with a lighted closet and a very comfortable bed. It was a perfect home base for our visit to Barcelona!

I honestly cannot think of anything that we didn't like.

Beautiful spacious modern and comfortable besides the good location near the beach and everything , didn't expect it to be so nice , staff is nice and near a shopping mall and a kid friendly places .

Very comfortable and big and spacious and beautiful location , although I chose the hotel randomly to be near the beach , it turned out to be near everything even a kid playground and shopping mall ,

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was both delicious and varied. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and some peaceful spots. Our room? Clean, quiet, and with an amazing sea view. And let’s not forget about the on-site restaurant – it’s Michelin-starred, and the food is absolutely top-class!

The only slight issue was the wait for the elevator, but that’s probably because the hotel was quite full.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning person throw away also stuff what was not in the bin, which was inconvenient as among it were some bills which we wanna keep and also they left one day our room door open. This should not happen.
