The apartment is very spacious and beautifully layout. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms is just fantastic. The facilities provided are very useful for cooking ; nice washer and dryer for clothes is so much appreciated.

The hot water tank can last only about 10-15 mins ( for one shower ) at most and it’s all cold water after . So you gotta wait another 15-20 mins for it to heat up again for the next person to use. The location is very near the beach and can rent a bike to cycle along the beach to the city. But it’s a long 15 mins walk ( 900m ) to get to the nearest METRO. So do plan to leave the place early if you don’t wanna be late for your appointment or activities.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The apartment is on a cute street with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment contained everything I needed and was very clean. The staff were always quick to reply on WhatsApp to any questions. Checkout was very easy - was told I could leave the keys on the table instead of having to return them to the reception a block away.

Key pickup was a bit awkward, I arrived by taxi at the ramblas street location but then had to walk an extra 7 mins to the ramblas beach location to pick up my keys. Maybe that information was in one of the emails but I don't remember seeing it. Some neighbors were a bit noisy during the day, they didn't seem to realize there were other people there. The street was a bit noisy which is to be expected for an apartment so well situated in the action, but usually was quiet by time to sleep.

The apartment is located in a fabulous neighborhood! Extremely close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars so the night life is very active, but at 00.30 am all restaurants close their doors and the street becomes quite enough to have a good sleep. Bus and subway stops are close so if you want to get a walk in the city center, it's a very simple ride. Small supermarkets are practically everywhere, and if you walk 15 min you can even reach a Carrefour which has lower prices and more products. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are quite comfortable, e bonus was to have 2 bathrooms in the apartment. Nice balcony with small table to drink something after beach time was just perfect for us. The staff of Lugaris has been very helpful and very responsive when questions were asked. Definitely coming back again very soon.

The boiler has low capacity, so if you are a family or a group of friends, you need to be very quick with the shower otherwise someone is getting a cold one. The double bed mattress could have been a more comfortable, maybe change mattresses more often could be an idea.

I would choose the same unit again

access to the building was tricky- 1st the key to get into the building was finicky. It took 15 minutes to unlock (this was a physical "key") yes, we were jet lagged but we all tried and were unable to do it... I finally got it wowza... The key to the unit was a code, after entering the code you "turned" the knob which was like a safe dial- this took another 5+ minutes as it kept turning but would not open. Super frustrating to say the least. but we finally did it. We spent time practicing our entry there is a learning curve Not sure how to use the dryer....

The property is located in an amazing place - very close to the beach and surrounded by small stores, all types of restaurants (including vegan for my wife), convenient distance to the metro (if you use or need one), and plenty of taxi services. The apartment was modern and clean, with a little balcony for morning coffee, a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, a washing machine, and comfortable beds. We stayed on the 4th floor - no problem, an elevator was available. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and this neighborhood. The location is about 5~7 metro stations away from the center of Barcelona, providing a 5-minute walk to a beach. The reception desk is conveniently located about 3~5 minutes walk from the property and they are nice and supportive.

I can't complain about anything major. The apartment, location, and services provided by the Lugaris were really on a very high professional level. We were very satisfied and would like to come back to the same location in the future.

The location next to the beach, transport and stores. It was quiet.( Some noise from the staircase next to the small bedroom) It was confortable

The staff which technically do not exist. There is someone to collect the money or the key. There is no one to guide you there. It was not very clean and the facilities were very...weird. ( difficult to use) AFTER I' ve made the reservation I saw that there is a big tax for check-in after 19.00.. If you are with little kids like me, is unpleasant to go somwherelse to take the key, making phonecalls in the night to some secutrity guy. And all of these for 30 euros extra tax for late check-in.

The apartment was beautifully clean with comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. Situated round the corner from a buzzy area with loads of family friendly restaurants and 10 easy minutes from the beach and a play park. It was a perfect location for families (and those without children), fun, relaxing with plenty of choices of places to eat. There’s a super little supermarket right around the corner with everything that you need. Easy to get metro/taxi into town centre. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend the property and company.

The apartament was great. It was clean, we had all the facilities that we needed (ironing, dish washer, towels etc) the beds were so confortable and the balcony was perfect. Also the location of the accomodation was great as we were super close to everything, bus stop, subway, pubs, supermarkets (we had at least 2 near us at 2-3 meters from the location), restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream shop etc. We will definetly stay here again when we'll be back in Barcelona, cuz just like the beautiful Sagrada, our trip in Barcelona it's unfinished as we have so much more to see and visit :)

The wonderful hospitality, all the support and comfort. The clean and impeccably arranged apartment for a family of four with all the necessary contents, appliances, even dishes for a pleasant stay. We felt like it was our second home. The distance from the beach and restaurants is ideal for nice short wolk.

The main pedestrian street where the accommodation is located, Rambla de Poblanou, is very noisy until late at night, cleaning trucks pass very early in the morning, making noise for a pleasant sleep.

Apartment was really nice, clean, spacious with balcony. Area also has a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. Location is also handy as there is easy access to public transport.

Check in process was quick however they didn't give us the main-door keys so we had to return to the reception to get them. Reception is about 10min walk from actually place. AC in room was not working, not enough towels and you can only get into the apartment with your phone as it's a keyless entry therefore relying on phone signal and battery was important.
