An excellent location in the Eixample district. Well served by multiple metro stations and within an easy walk of the Gothic quarter and many of the key sights. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned daily which was a bonus we weren't expecting.

The bed was ok but not super comfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't very powerful and the power cut out too easily when it overheated.

loved this place! room was quiet and better than i expected, perfectly equiped and comfortable. great location, able to walk from and to everywhere, cafes and restaurants around the corner too. lovely staff, always with a smile on their face. felt like home.

literally THE ONLY thing i missed in this room was a little shelf/storage in the bathroom. there was nothing and we had to leave our toiletries on the floor (not room on the sink either).

The location is very lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they gave us valuable information. You can always find drinking water and a kettle on the ground floor. It is cleaner than most hostels. Although our room was small, we chose it because it was cheaper and we only wanted to sleep in the room. Therefore, it met our expectations.

However, the room cleaning is not sufficient. Although they clean the rooms every day, they do not clean them thoroughly. You can especially notice this on the bathtub and sink, and over the bed-head. In addition, they do not provide soap in the rooms, so we had to use shampoo or shower gel instead.

The attention from all the people working there, specially Emilia and her daughter, they are awesome with the customers!!!

They need towels racks and maybe a small shelf in the bathroom, safe box will be handy.

The property was very clean and the room was extremely spacious, light and airy! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

We were only allowed one key card per room which was a bit inconvenient. It would also be useful to have more hangers in the room as there was a lot of space for luggage and clothes just not enough hangers.

The hostel is close to the all main sightseens.And private bathroom was good! A lot of cozy cafes and bakeries in 2-5 min walk.

The room was very dark.Yes,we were informed that we will not have the view from the window,but on pictures everything seemed brighter.Also there was no wardrobe. Would be nice to have on kitchen at least few plates and cups.There was nothing

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, even though we arrived early for check in, we were allowed in after a quick confirmation. Very helpful with orienting us around the area and with helping with arranging transportation. The room was very clean and pleasant, with a high ceiling which helped making it feel very spacious.

Lack of a kettle or a microwave in the bedroom, forcing us to go out for meals and/or a hot drink in the morning and/or evening. Fairly noisy at night, partially by my choice as I chose a room with a balcony, but also from the other room/s above mine.

Nice, helpful staff. Late check in excellent. Very spacious room, clean, decent pressure in shower and bed was comfortable. Hostal nice and quiet when I stayed. La Eixample is a good, centric location, quieter and cleaner than Barri Gotic. Would use again.

No air conditioning. Not a ptoblem the night I stayed but if nights were hot and stuffy would be necessary.

It is extremely well located, in the city center and super close by foot to some of the main attractions. there are also a lot of public transportation available near by, and the area feels very safe even at night for a woman alone. the staff was very nice, and they were great about leaving the luggage before check in and after check out. definitely worth the price!!

The room did not have air conditioner, and it could have been useful with the colder nights. However, the bed linen and extra coverings were enough for the nights to be spent well and without feeling cold. The walls are a little thin, as one could hear the voices from other rooms but everybody kept to the silence hours.
