Well located . Conceirge was excellent . Young man at concierge went beyond the call of duty to organise a salon to get my haircut . The lady at the desk was amazing .

When I checked into the hotel the lady requested 300 euro for extras which I paid . After me leaving the desk she then processed a further 500 euro which I felt was unnecessary after all my accommodation was prepaid in full. Manager on duty attended to this and I was given a cash refund.

Breakfast was lovely, staff - welcoming, helpful and polite, the rooftop heated pool, restaurant is awesome, cocktails were nice, the bed was very soft and comfortable, the proximity to the beach.

You've to get your pool towels at reception and if you don't return them back you'll be charged 120 euro per towel. The room could be bigger for the price, they don't sell cigars in the hotel and didn't offer the service to get us one. We had to catch a taxi, Google a place and get one ourselves. Towels could be newer overall, they're quire worn out.

Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was a dream to sleep in. Every comfort was thought of. The buffet breakfast is out of this world! So many choices and the best cappuccino I have had outside of Italy! We ate tapas at the main restaurant and the food was wonderful. I cannot emphasize how fantastic this hotel is!

Minor things. No dresser in the room. Location is gorgeous but not a short walking distance from main attractions (Sagrada Familia, etc).

I everything was good with the hotel,except day of the 28th,meaning I only spent two nights not three,the hotel refused to reimburse me one day,saying I lost it for not reporting on time.though it was not my mistake for a flight to be cancelled.meaning I paid one night for free and that really made me angry

Atleast they could have given me a free day since I have extended my stay with extra two nights for the 4th and 5th of January.that would have been fair on my side.because cancellation of my flight was beyond my control, hence I pleaded with the hotel to reimburse me with a free night

Hotel has a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, or a 7 minute walk to metro station. Room was big and clean, it had everything we needed (shower gel, shampoo, lotion, razor, etc.), bed was one of the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in. Hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace with a heated pool that can be used all year long. The staff at the reception, at breakfast and outside the hotel was very nice, friendly and polite. Breakfast was delicious and even had gluten free options for me. I loved 100% fresh juices, they had around 5 flavors every morning. They also cooked an omelette or a fried egg in front of you.

Would definitely clean the windows from outside as it was almost impossible to see through them

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly and very caring and the room was beyond comfortable. Great location, wonderful atmosphere, very good breakfast and the rooftop lounge/pool was great for relaxing, sipping nice cocktails and enjoying the wonderful weather in Barcelona. Special thanks to the Concierge Member Les Clefs D’Or Mikheil Mikadze Kheladze for his help and assistance throughout our stay. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Excellent quiet rooms. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Two pools. One on the roof and one on the ground floor both of which have bar and food facilities. Separate restaurants for breakfast and evening meals. Both were great and very relaxed. Very wide choice from the buffet breakfast to suit everyone. Hotel staff were all REALLY helpful and cheerful. Hotel is in a quiet location very near the beach but we preferred the pools in the hotel. Leisurely walk into the centre of the city for extensive choice of shopping which we all enjoyed especially the girls ! Pick up a cab outside the hotel to go to Sagrada Familia. Recommend a small group half day bike ride tour of the city. We used Fat Tire Tours. The cycling was very easy and we made lots of stops. We were in Barcelona for 5 days. Truly memorable holiday. The staff were very accommodating, helpful, polite and welcoming. Housekeeping was exceptional! Buffet breakfast staff were wonderful given the fact that some guests acted like they were feeding at an animal trough! My complements to them for being patient and professional with those particular guests! I enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace on a couple occasions and was delighted by the staff also. On one evening after visiting and sightseeing with my family from Barcelona we intended to visit the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately the terrace was closed due to rain showers so we sat at the restaurant bar to have a drink. The bartender made the evening memorable with his drink creations! We ended up having a few rounds of wonderful cocktail creations that my Spanish family immensely enjoyed. I was in Spain celebrating my son’s 30th birthday and he loved every aspect of the hotel and the staff.

Being a 5 star hotel I would have liked to have some wash clothes in the bathroom, even though it is not usual for European hotels.

The accommodation was perfect for a long weekend with my 8 year old daughter. Directly on the beach, within walking distance you could do and experience a lot and yet you were always back at the accommodation quickly. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the service was attentive and friendly. The room was very cosy, especially the huge bed, and was equipped with everything you need. Special highlights for my daughter were of course the two pools (one suitable for young children and toddlers) and the other one on the roof terrace. We really enjoyed our stay. When we checked out, the staff very kindly informed us that we could continue to use the pools and the fitness area as well as the showers there. We were particularly pleased that we were able to spend time on the beach until shortly before our journey home and then freshen up before heading to the airport.

Great seaside location, just by Barcelonetta beach. Two amazing pool areas. One on the rooftop with a stunning view and open till 10 pm which is rare. And another beautiful pool on the ground floor. Delicious breakfast buffet with quality products and great variety. Spacious and luxurious joining rooms for our family. Spotless. Great cleaning staff. Indoor guarded parking on site.

Extremely poor food quality at the rooftop restaurant. Way overpriced. The rooftop restaurant doesn’t match the hotel standard.
