Room was both comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. (They were, in fact above and beyond)

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed at the hotel. Mr. Bia was exceptionally kind and even spoke German with us after noticing we were from Germany. He continued the entire conversation in German, which was quite impressive, and he explained everything perfectly. He even gave us some great tips for our beach visit. Talking with him felt like chatting with a friend, it was really pleasant. The location of the hotel was fantastic. The Barceloneta beach was very close, as was the metro, and there were great restaurants, breakfast spots, and bars nearby. The room itself was beautiful, with a balcony, and we even had a view of the Sagrat Cor from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona!

The breakfast was very good, though a little more variety for those staying for a week or more would have been nice. The room was well equiped and clean. The location was excellent, within walking distance of nearly all the main sights and handy for busses and taxis if you want to go any further.

It would have been nice to have a bar in or near the foyer to have a few drinks. Perhaps the people on the desk could also serve a few drinks? Otherwise, everything else was great.

Conveniently located between El Born and Barceloneta, served by a nearby metro station. The staff was very friendly and they have a very, very good breakfast with a large choice of freshly cooked food. Our room was spacious and clean.

The rooms were nice and we had a good view of the main street and sunsets. Breakfast was tasty with enough choices. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were always very helpful and pleasant. Good clean gym area. Close to the main train station, beach, Gothic Quarter... just a really good location for everything.

The air conditioning took a while to cool the room and when really hot outside it's best not to open the windows/doors to the balcony if you don't want to wait a while for it to cool again.

Great location near the old city, so easy to walk to many restaurants and also the port. Room was an average size but the bed was v comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I think the hotel suffers with not having an onsite bar or restaurant, although they do have room service but you have to pay separately as can't be added to the hotel bill

Location was perfect. We loved the neighborhood. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wished we got there days sooner,as we flew in from USA to catch a segment of THE ULTIMATE WORLD CRUISE from beautiful Barcelona to England This was my 3rd time to Barcelona and love to visit again when we can stay longer.

Not a thing, everything was lovely

Close to the city centre. Rooms cleaned everyday. Reception staff and breakfast ladies were really nice and welcoming.

Surrounded area is really dirty and smelly though hotel from inside was neat and clean. Breakfast was good. Really expensive for the room price.

The hotel was good at a great location. But the staff is what makes the difference! They are truly great - super positive, polite, smiling all the time, and helpful when needed.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The Ghotic quarter and Ciutadela park are nearby. We had a very nice, clean room. It's also a great place for breakfast. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. After check-out, they let us leave our baggage and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. We will stay here again next time we are in Barcelona.
