We were greeted ny Bruno. He was fantastic. Very helpful . Since we got very early on the property we should wait around 6 hours for our check in. Bruno helped us offering a different room that could accommodate us earlier. He also gave all instructions needed and assist us in every single request. Fantastic Service! Im definitely coming back.

Gym is very small not many equipments Room service food had no taste, I requested salt , pepper and parmesan cheese for my pasta they forgot the salt and pepper and brought like 4 pieces of parmesan use on a salad and not pasta.

The location is brilliant. In the heart of Eixample, close to the metro and buses, lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with great A/C, which we needed as it was very hot during our visit. It was quiet despite being so central.

It was quite expensive. Although it was advertised as an apartment it was more like a hotel room with two bedrooms. There were cooking facilities but only just enough equipment to be able to prepare food. The TVs didn´t have many non Spanish channels and more importantly, no netflix, apps or ability to mirror to our phones so we could watch as a family.

The view on the Gaudi building. The location in general. Passeig de Gracia is very safe and has very good international top-level people on it. You can always go out, also in the middle of the night. There is always a convenience store open around the hotel. Very many good restaurants and locations are very close. The suite apartment itself is perfect for business purpose, also having a real table to be able to work with a Notebook on it. The reception people are very nice and kind.

It is very difficult to get a hotel bill to the company address printed out. You have to wait several days until the book-keeping dept. can do so. The local staff is not able to do so - even if you give them all necessary information. I got the right bill finally at the last of my stay after intervening about 3 times. The prices of this apartment are oscillating a lot depending on the fact of a trade fair is currently in Barcelona somewhere. So you can't go regularly there - sometimes the room price jumps up suddenly by the factor 3 depending on the booking period. Meanwhile all prices are much higher than in the past when I visited first this location.

The staff were always cheerful and ready to help. Bruno who greeted us on arrival did all he could to manage an earlier check in and take care of luggage and this level of service continued throughout our stay. The cleaning staff were attentive and flexible around our schedule and happy to help with any requests. The room itself- balcony middle- was a beautiful place to wake up to and relax and the kitchen facilities have all one would need to make breakfast and light meals. But given the location is so close excellent for shopping, drinking and dining we only spent our early mornings and late evenings in the room. Perfect !

After picking up the keys, everything was perfect. Can't say enough good things...very well thought out. It's an actual "hotel" stay ... room service and all. Suggestion: If you have an early arrival flight and it's a busy season, I suggest you discuss with them the possibility of paying for the night BEFORE your arrival so your room will be ready in the morning. Otherwise, you will find yourself waiting until actual check-in time (or a bit longer). Our early arrival is NOT their fault - but it deserves mention for detailed planning.

Price. Maybe it was the time of year, but it was a bit pricey.

This apart-hotel was very comfortable, stylish, and clean. Excellent location and proximity to metro stations, about 15 mins walk to Plaza Catalunya. Shower and air conditioning functioned well. Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. Generous storage shelves and cabinets. Very quiet with the windows closed. The clothes washing machine in our apt also had a drying option.

Some electric and plumbing components are in need of maintenance. International television options were limited and/or did not function. There is no breakfast option, but the Front Desk recommended an excellent bakery/cafe nearby. Reception staff seemed overworked at times.

The staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. They were always available to answer my questions and even offered some recommendations of things to see and do near the hotel. Great location. I did not cook during my stay, so I did not check out the equipment that was available in my room.

I have zero complaints about my room and the staff. Everything in the hotel is well set up, and the staff attend to your questions immediately.

The apartment and the entire building were beautiful. There is a fantastic view from the roof, including a view across the road to Goudy's wonderful La Pedrera. We were able to walk to Sagrada Familia, Guell Gardens and two of Gaudy's houses. La Rambla is a 10 minute walk away. The apartments are located on Passeig de Gracia, one of Barcelona's most beautiful streets. We would happily stay at Suites Avenue again.

We were surprised that some items weren't renewed during our stay. For example, the rubbish bag in the kitchen, or the soap for the dishwasher. Given how excellent everything else was, we were just a little puzzled that these things were omitted. Instructions in English (and perhaps other languages) for the washing machine would also be appreciated by guests I think. But these were only small matters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Possibly our best hotel choice ever. Excellent location so close to Metro, buses, hop on hop off bus stops, taxi, coffee shops, tapas, convenience grocery stores, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. The hotel was a 20 minute walk to Placa Catalunya or a 40 minute stroll from the hotel through the quieter part of La Rambla, down through the busy section to the waterfront at the bottom of La Rambla. On separate days, we walked back to the hotel from Sagrada Familia and from Parc Güell. The beautiful, tree-lined Passeig de Gracia was lively during the day and early evening then quiet at night when the shops closed. The hotel interior was impressive and the spacious rooms were amazing— comfortable beds, clean rooms, well-appointed kitchen and good air-conditioning. The staff members were always friendly, helpful, competent and efficient. Our stay there was perfect and we would absolutely stay there again.
