The hotel is clean with loads of facilities, spa, pool, hairdresser. Two bus stops, to bring you to the centre terremolinos malaga etc other to cable car, colomares Castle region, beautiful village called Arroyo where cablecar is I'd recommend a visit. Plenty of sun loungers, poolside toilets are unisex over far side but cleaned very regularly. Adults only pool toilet each and bigger, but I found this area could get windy, so we stayed up at the top pool where music was lively and the entertainment team hosted aqua gym, etc. The breakfast and lunch selection is fantastic , we didn't have dinner as we weren't all inclusive. Spa and hairdresser are fab but book in advance.

The hotel is a 40-minute walk to the marina so it is far out but the bus is every 15 minutes and very cheap. The cleaners keep taking the drinking glasses and don't replace them, so we just hid them in our cupboard so we could use for water. You need to pay 50c for coffee sachet, so we bought our own it's cheaper. The information you need about hotel is on the TV like reception phone numbers, opening hours etc so every time you turn on TV, the ad for the hotel pop-up and is really loud! Pillows really soft so ask for extra.

The food was fantastic, and vary varied throughout our stay. The pool area was busy but not full - we always got a good seat, but it didn't feel empty. Staff were very helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations. We don't have children, but would be fantastic for young families.

Nighttime was a bit "quiet", but I think this was due to the overrall demographics (older guests and young families). We weren't expecting any club nights or busy bars, so this wasn't an issue.

Hotel was very clean and all the staff were polite and friendly, the room was very spacious and the view was superb. We could not fault the hotel in anyway and would not hesitate to book again.

I honestly couldn’t fault anything at all. It was brilliant from start to finish. The food choice for every meal was amazing.

Spacious, comfortable full sea view room with fridge and safe included in the rate. Everywhere was very clean, inside and out. Cleaners do a great job. Breakfast was excellent, lots of varied hot and cold options with free flowing fizz included . Dinner was a good variety with several themed evenings. Always had fish and meat freshly cooked in front of you. Buffet style is never going to provide real top notch food but there is plenty of choice, something for everyone and very good value for the price. Love the outside areas, could always find sun loungers at any time of day. Great location for lots of walks and easy to go into the town. Both of my special requests were met. This was our 4th stay and we will definitely be returning

The open plan bar/lounge/entertainment area is very noisy in the evening, especially when the kids club is on. Nowhere quiet to sit indoors except the reception area. Queues at the bar could be quite long.

The girls at the reception were wonderful, when I booked my stay I asked if I can have a higher floor and was pleasantly surprised they gave me a beautiful room on the 11th floor with spectacular views!! The food was good, some hits and misses, but they tried to keep it different every night! Breakfast was repetitive! Room was clean, balcony beautiful! Cleaning lady was great, keeping the room sparkly clean! Lovely person, hard working!!

Would of loved coffee machine in the room, many hotel do have it, it's not a luxury. Orange juice at breakfast was not fresh! Spain is a country where oranges are growing everywhere, supermarkets have machine with fresh oranges for breakfast, it should be a staple at breakfast! Had breakfast and dinner included, not any drinks or glass of wine included at dinner, everything you have to.pay! Wine was ok, just ok! Again in Spain, that has amazing wines , 4 star hotel goes with a cheap mediocre one. Hotel had some of renovation done, but wasn't finished, many places were closed or empty of furniture, it did not looked as a place to enjoy! Details, but prevent the place to feel like a 4 star resort!

Breakfast, and in fact ALL meals were really good. There was not one day that we couldn’t find something to enjoy. The staff were all lovely. Special thanks to the lady that cleaned our room, most of the time. So happy and cheerful. Always singing whilst going about her work. The room was spacious and beautiful. The bed and pillows so comfortable. The view, oh my gosh, the view was just stunning. We are hoping to return in October, and we will be requesting the same room.

Shortage of staff in the bar. Having said that, we didn’t have to wait for too long in March. I would imagine during the peak season it would be frustrating. We found the drinks to be perfectly acceptable. I drink red wine, and it was lovely

Room and bathroom good size. Excellent balcony views. Friendly staff. Good bus routes. Near to airport.

Food was average, often repetitive dishes. Limited signs to say what the food was. Long waits for the lifts. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Maid entered room too early, just knocked and walked in, not good!

The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from Malaga. Facilities are great (gym, swimming pools, spa, restaurant, bar...). Everything is clean. The buffet is really good, without being overwhelming. Good variety of cuisines and dishes.

Lunch options are a bit limited if half board only. Pillows are a bit flimsy, but we asked for more, and that did the trick. The hotel is not right on a sandy beach but this was fine for us as we prefer the pool and sandy beaches are a short walk away.

We booked the superior sea view room. It was huge and the views were amazing. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was great. Loads of choice and cava available every day! We upgraded to the HB from B & B. The evening meal was good. Plenty of choice. You can buy a and for 4.5€ or pay 5€ in the restaurant for unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks while in the restaurant.

Many of the guests were all inclusive which meant long queues at the bar at times and a couple of people getting a bit aggressive/over excited on a couple of occasions (although the staff dealt with it quickly and efficiently before anything got out of hand).
