We liked everything about this hotel .3 visit here and it doesn't disappoint. Very clean,good entertainment,food excellent something for everyone.and it right on the strip which suited us.

The hotel was bright fresh and in an excellent location. Everywhere was clean and felt new (not sure how old it is!) your room key card offers discounts at some local bars on drinks. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which we also used for massages. There is a gym too. Playa 1 is on the same site as Playa 2 with the pool in between. The restaurant is below playa 2. The spa and gym at the bottom of Playa 1 and there is a walkway/hallway between. There is a bar at the pool and another bar inside which has seating outside facing out from the back of the hotel. All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and has a short walk to the beach and bars and entertainment venues on the street outside. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

It is a wowwww !! hotel. One of the best I have ever been. Especially for the food and entertainment.Great rooms; beautiful design, Beautiful swimming pools. Great location on the lively strip. 7 Min walking to the beach. Highly recommended, Great service. I spent 5 nights in a row in Western Saloon and I am speachless !! great music for Rock lovers

I wish I could stay more.

My 14y old daughter and I had a lovely stay. The hotel looks newly refurbished, well kept and clean. Rooms spotless with everything we needed (gels, shampoos, coffees, teas & little fridge), buffet is ample with so much variety. You have to pay for your drinks through but prices are very cheap. Pool is a bit small for the amount of guests but it’s fine. Plenty of sunbeds to lounge around as well (but you need to be quick to snatch one!), Night entertainment and some days too with DJ next to the pool. Beach 2 streets away (like 5 mins walk), staff (specially at reception) super friendly and helpful.

I honestly cannot fault it in any way for what it is. Well priced, good location (next to beach, restaurants and bars/party area). The party strip next to hotel can be a bit loud until about 3 am closing time but not that bad.

Aircon didn't work as per the instructions but was not an issue as could open the door. Where it was little noisy, it didn't prevent us from falling asleep. We never asked for guidance so it might have been us.

Beautiful hotel with modern decor. Lovely and clean with a fabulous food choice and quality. Central location to the English nightlife (if that's what you are looking for). Check in and check out was quick and easy. Our room was ready 2 hours before the check-in time which was great! A few minutes' walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again if in Benidorm.

I would imagine it gets very busy in Summer and probably not enough sun loungers around the pool for everyone. Having said that, we went in April and it was hot, there were plenty of loungers available for us.

First time in Benidorm for xmas , we stayed at Ambassador years ago its so much better and modern decor is beautiful. The xmas gala on xmas day was stunning , all waiters dressed up , food was really good , all cooked to a high standard. We would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to Christina the maid on floor4 ,lovely friendly and always smiling.

A couple of female restaurant staff not as friendly in the mornings but other than that al ok

Room was very good. Food was very good. Bar prices fair. Explorer bar entertainment was good.

Charge for tea/coffee in the room after Day 1 is unreasonable for a 4 star hotel. Sachets for shower gel and shampoo are not eco-friendly; why not have a refillable dispenser on the shower wall? Didn't like the fact that people were reserving sunbeds with towels first thing in the morning and then going for breakfast and not using the beds.

Fabulous shower, comfortable bed, great balcony, super clean and modern and kept warm during cold winter nights. Fantastic 👏 Great tv, do big, and great WiFi Kettle in room, plus fridge, and loved the color lighting. My 5th time to Benidorm in winter, will come here again 100%.

The food, plenty of choice, but not my thing. Very bland, but I wasn't there for the food, it was a bonus half-board was in the price, Excellent deal in winter.

The location, whilst on the strip and next to a lively bar, was all we could have wished for...couldn't hear any noise at all, and the new refurbishments were really tasteful. Food was tasty and plentiful, even for people like us who went for meals late. Rooms were cleaned and tidied daily to a high standard, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was left a bottle of fizz for my birthday. The 25% discount card for several local bars was an added bonus. Well done to all concerned... a well-run hotel that I would definitely recommend.

No negatives as far as I'm concerned. Some people just look for faults... I'm not one of them.
