Perfect property for short stays. I went for the bbk festival and it was easy to get to San Mames or the city center (casco antiguo). Staff was nice, happy to provide help when needed. There are no hair dryers in the rooms, but if you ask at reception they will give you. Spaces were clean and tidy.

It's not a new property, noises from the corridor or the nearest rooms are easy to be heard. Hot water pressure was low in the bidet, while temperature and pressure was too high in the tap and bath/shower.

The front desk lady was the nicest person ever! single room is a bit small but ok for one night. The hotel is next to busy streets but the windows are thick and no sounds came inside.come the hotel was better than expected.

Heating was strange, sometimes it was too hot ( also caused bad indoor air) and then the room was humid.

The staff, including reception staff and cleaning staff were pleasant and exceptionally helpful. My husband and I would stay there again at a heartbeat.

Nothing about our hotel whatsoever but our booking ref.59116689 for our taxi failed to turn up for our transit to the airport on Tuesday 17th October even though I sent several emails seeking help. For this I will be seeking a refund.

I booked via app price was reasonable because the prices went up due to flight cancellation to USA after the bad weather so we were lucky to get the rates on booking.com

The room window faced a small balcony that people used so we could have a view or open the window for air

The lady at the desk was absolutely gorgeous 😍 the rest of the hotel was a little outdated, but very clean and definitely worth while for a 1 or 2 night stay or for young people. Not far from the centre it was a real nice walk. 👍

Little outdated, not much choice for breakfast, better of going out breakfast.

In general, good value for money (47 euros for 2 people). Convinient location. Nice bed. Heating was available, but was turned off at early morning, before 7 am. Balcony, small, but better than nothing. TV. Parking, bike renting, teeth brush are available for additional fee.

Window, which is not big, is located far from main part of the room, not a lot of sun goes to room. We saw cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. Very low level of sound isolation. Very simple breakfast, even for 6.95 euros: 1 cheese type, 1 meat, croissants, bread, cookies, juice, bananas, oranges and low quality instant coffee.

The hotel is very basic but was perfect for our needs. When we arrived earlier, we could not enter the room, but leave our luggage and started to explore the city. You do have to walk a little bit to get to the center, but it is nice to see different parts of the city on the way there.

The lighting in the room was not very good, as not a lot of sun could/can enter the windows.

It is a great place which is affordable and in the city centre. I would recommend it if you just want to be near everything and are only in Bilbao for a short period of time. The hotel also has a carpark (14€ and cheaper than nearby carparks) and a restaurant. Prices are about 10€ for dinner or lunch and 8€ for breakfast. I would recommend getting breakfast in the café in front of the hotel, they have a great variety of "pintxos" and it is cheaper. For lunch and dinner there are a lot of restaurants nearby, as it really is in the proper city centre. The room was big enough for two people and the bathroom was okay too. It was quiet to sleep at night and the bed was comfortable. We got there by car and it was easy to get there following Google Maps.

The staff could be more informative about the city and services of the hotel. The room temperature could be warmer in winter months, as it does have a fan to cool off in the heat. The remote control for the TV didn't work, I suggest checking it beforehand to ask for another one at the reception.

Good location (cafes, grocery store and bus stations nearby), small but comfortable room, excellent shower (water pressure and hot water), kind and helpful staff.

Some may find the room too small or miss some fancy hotel features, but if you need the room mostly for resting/sleeping while exploring the city - this is an excellent choice (everything you need and good value for money).
