Location is convenient to all the areas we wanted to visit . We could walk everywhere and the area felt safe . Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and overlooked the plaza. Beds were on the softer side, but still supportive. Convenient parking station opposite the Hotel, currently 15.80 Euro.

Car park circulation is tight. We are travelling with medication that needs refrigeration. A small fridge would be useful. Though having said that we knew about this before booking. In hindsight I’d make sure to choose a place that has a fridge.

Excellent location in Salamanca. Very centrally located and 10 min walk away from all of the major tourist sites and shopping areas. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel welcomed. They have a nice breakfast buffet. Also, there is a public parking garage right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient as the hotel is in a pedestrian area of the city. Accommodations are simple but very clean. The wifi works well throughout the hotel. Definitely a value for the price.

They could make better use of the common areas that are in the reception area, including a room that would be perfect for business people trying to do zoom calls. The cafeteria is nice and they could make more money if they would have it open more times than just at breakfast.

excellent place for both accommodation per-se, location and price. it's one of those two-star hotels that -in reality- is three stars, though may not be because of the older look of the façade... furthermore, the [female] receptionist that welcomed and greeted us upon arrival was superbly courteous, informative and kind. she even provided us with a map and indicated a nice and simple route to cover the core sightings - including a affordable, local places to eat and have a coffee :-) [slightly cheaper directly on their site...]

This hotel is excellent. The location is right in the city center, and the rooms are clean, perfectly furnished, and really aesthetic and good looking. The individual bathrooms are also in excellent condition and there is sufficient space for your belongings in the room. The only thing I would add is an electric kettle and maybe a small fridge. However, since the hotel is very close to many cafes and bars, it is not so necessary in the end.

The location is really excellent, a huge plus, because it's so central, a minute or two walk from the Mercado and incredible Plaza Mayor, and a minute or two the other way to the Gran Vía and buses and shops. The room was very clean and comfortable The staff are very helpful, eg in the matter of booking taxis etc Extremely good value for money - the plaque outside says that it has two stars, I'd give it three.

Very comfortable stay, perfect location to walk the city from, the Playa Mayor being only 5 minutes away. The lady receptionist spoke very good English, so that was a real bonus. We didn’t have the breakfast, opting to leave for the many coffee shops/ patisseries around. 24 hr payable parking very nearby was really useful.

The walls are quite thin on the 6th floor so we did hear movement and voices both sides of our room, at certain times, however this didn’t affect our stay too much…

Wonderful views of some of Salamanca's nicest monuments. A spacious room with chairs, table, heating, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Very luminous and silent. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was acceptable and spotless. Great location, close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk to the main square.

Location was fantastic, property was clean and a special thank you to Sara on the reception who was very helpful, polite and patient helping me with directions and information .She is a diamond look after her there please .Cant wait to return to Hotel Condal and will recommend. I found the care and attention I received to be excellent. I had only booked for 1 night and when I asked about a 2nd night, they found me a small room eventhough the hotel was full. I extended my stay as a result. Very welcoming and hospitable staff. Rooms clean I would stay here again. Location is also excellent

Clean, comfortable, plenty of space and surfaces to put things on, very nice helpful staff, great location with a wonderful city view.

We couldn’t get the tap attachment to change from bath to shower mode easily. We managed it once, but thereafter it seemed to be stuck, which wasn’t great.
