Top location. I got what I booked. The photos from the room are correct. The staff informed me ahead that we were booking a room without kitchen facilities. Easy communication and fast response through whatsapp.

The information in booking.com is not correct. 30sq.meter...suite... In reality you have 5sq.meter with the bed in the middle. Plus the bathroom and the entrance, as shown in the photos. You have to step over your luggage. But I saw the room is very small when we booked it. On the website from the property they call it a standard room, not a SUITE It is on the 3th floor and you need a lot of patience because the elevator is the slowest ever. The terrace has no view,unless A/Cs (wich we also knew before booking)and there is a pungent smell, probably from the nearby restaurants. This review is for information, not a complain. We knew what we booked. We took the room with terrace because I smoke.

The central location of the apartment was great for exploring the old town. Entrance was via pin code / key card, which worked great. Could not fault the facilites provided, which included a fridge. Would recommend visiting the bell tower of the old Cathedral and an evening meal at Cafe Bar River 1973, a short walk away.

Not much. There was a note on the windows requesting that these not be opened, which seemed a little strange, but not a major issue.

The property was just off the Plaza Mayor, so couldn’t be more central. It overlooked the Plaza gardens, which was lovely. The windows did a good job of soundproofing noise from local restaurants (plus I wore earplugs! I suspect this helped!). Apartment was absolutely spotless, very comfortable bed. Communication was via WhatsApp, but responses were immediate. Staff could not have been more helpful. My son lives in Salamanca, and I couldn’t stay in my usual place, but I will definitely come back here. Prices off season were excellent ☺️

Located in the historic part of the city, very close to the main square, this flat offers a very convenient stay. It is compact but has all necessary amenities.

Communication with the host/company was very inefficiënt. They've send more than 10 messages with 'instructions' in all languages, but ours (and you have rather nicer things to do on holiday than sifting through all these messages). Breakfast info was missing and when you ask for it, also incomplete.

This was an amazing location. Just meters from the Plaza Mayor and yet there was no noise at all to disturb us. The room was great, small but perfectly adequate. Great for a city break. The parking was super easy with an app and easy to park and close by. Staff were excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Being close to the Plaza and town centre there is a lot of noise from people at the restaurants and walking past of Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun nights.

Auto check in can be daunting for older people, especially from overseas as need good mobile and data roaming. We could not get the garage door app to work and the fact that water and electricity are turned off when you leave the room is not good when you only have 1 key and one of you leaves the apartment. They need the key to enter downstairs so not an ideal situation. Maybe issue 2 keys would solve this.

Great location, half a block from plaza mayor. Rooms are small but convenient and modern.

Just one minor issue. We booked 3 rooms for my familiy of 5, months in advance. All rooms were sliglty different and in different floors. Would have appreciated if at least two of our rooms would have been in the same floor.

A lovely, bright apartment. Very clean. In a safe area and easy to walk to any part of the city from here. Many eating places within a short distance - right outside, in fact - and a limited breakfast (not a buffet) provided at a nearby cafe.

There are many restaurants around the square which are open until early morning, and some youngsters stayed up talking and laughing all night! I managed to sleep through this. but other guests might not. Difficult to get a taxi - had to walk to the nearest taxi rank.

Nice bed, good shower, perfect location right next to Plaza Mayor. Flawless communication with the staff via WhatsApp.

Room was rather tiny - and the "terrace" was not very inviting (see photo). Altogether a bit too pricey for what it is (110 Euros per night).
