Great location pretty much on the beach at the very end of town where it was quiet. Andrea, the front desk clerk was amazingly nice and helpful with suggestions for parking, where to eat, and places to visit. Very clean hotel, nice room. Beautiful views of the beach and the coast. The bathroom a little small. Great breakfast. The only thing that wasn't that great was the very firm mattress.

This is a great location near Zurriola Beach and only a short walk to the historic old part of the city. I stayed in a single room without a view, but it did have a skylight. The small twin bed was comfortable and the separate bathroom was small, yet good. Room was clean. The staff were very nice and made sure I was well taken care of. They gave me great recommendations for getting to know San Sebastian. I like that there is a buffet breakfast option, which is 9 Euros a day, a reasonable cost. At night the area was very quiet, which I liked. It was a lot of fun to watch the surfers everyday!

This hotel is my all time favourite in San Sebastian, been there many times. A tiny place with a friendly vibe in an incredibly beautiful seafront spot. The location is so special that it casts a spell on you and makes you come back again and again. The rooms are ok, and during the most part of the year, the price to quality ratio is just perfect for Donostia. No issues with temperature or noise. Never tried the breakfast, the local neighborhood of Gros is 5min walk away, with all amenities.

The humid environment of Guipúzcoa takes its toll, I did find some mold traces on the bathroom wall. I'm sure however that it has been removed already, given that the place is managed properly.

With a room facing the ocean (which on the other side of the walking boulevard) we had the best ocean view and enjoyed listening to and watching its huge waves and the many daring surfers trying to anticipate and ride the waves. The hotel is small yet very professionally run. We were able to park behind the hotel and explore the town and it’s beaches by foot. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; they really cared and provide us with lots of local information, a huge breakfast, and great restaurant tips.

Nothing! The room was a bit on the small side but even though we are tall people it worked out well.

Staff were amazing, friendly, and super helpful. Room was OK. It wasn't fully clean and i had to scrub the toilet myself. I did check in early so not sure if it normally is or was rushed and forgotten. Location was great. Right on the beach and across from a nice Plaza which was great for watching sunsets. A short trek to bus stops that service many buses. Safe in room was large and appreciated.

Pillows were too firm and raised for my taste, but not terrible. No luggage rack, only a closet, but doesn't really help for keeping it open.

This is a small hotel in an excellent location overlooking the sea. In easy walking distance of the Old town and plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. In this life you get what you pay for but I would say you get excellent value for money at this hotel.

Limited selection at breakfast but perfectly adequate for our needs. Staff very attentive. Lovely to have a tea/coffee station thank you. Very acommodating with our suitcases. Nice reception area for sitting with friends.

Slight smell of bad drains in our room after showering but disappeared once the cleaner had been in.

Located adjacent to the Zurriola beach. We even had a view of it out our window. Convenient to shops, restaurants etc in Gros. Great breakfast with plenty of variety. Access to coffee/tea facilities all day in the foyer. Staff are super helpful. Room was quite spacious with a few steps up to a little lounge area near the window. This place is a real find. Recommend it.

Property was so perfectly located for us next to the surf beach, I’m sure we bought in so much sand every day after surfing but staff were always so friendly and the rooms were immaculate after every clean. Such a great property for the money and location

Staff members here were unusually nice and helpful (although with somewhat limited English). Locations great -- overlooking the beach, and a short walk into the Gros district for great food.
