Location was very good. Unfortunately nothing else to like

Owners not interested in their guests at all unless German. Check in was shown to the room and left to it, no information given as to where things were or what was available. Despite people having breakfast at 08.15 on the first morning, when we went at a similar time on the second morning as we had a very busy day, we were told by the owner that breakfast didn't start until 09.00 unless pre booked. We had not been told this and were not able to wait until then. When we asked for our money back for the breakfast we couldn't eat, we were told we should have pre ordered and a refund was refused. Also the attitude towards Covid was non-existant, no hand gel anywhere and everyone kissing and hugging each other
