Excellent central location and we had a room with beautiful views. Plenty of parking nearby and some onsite. Comfortable beds, easy bathroom design with seperate sink area. Heating worked well. Windows above the beds delightful. Walk to large supermarket, places to eat. Drive 30 mins for excellent bushwalking.

The kitchen was just adequate but to reach any saucepans we had to climb on a chair. We did cook meals here though. Was told the card machine was broken (really? For 3 days in a row?) and had to pay in cash.

Great location in Vielha, quiet and walkable to the town center. Very comfortable large room (we stayed in the suite apartment). Good heating if needed, and very cozy. Friendly staff.

The reception was closed for several hours in the afternoon every day and couldn't speak to anybody regarding a couple of small issues we had. The breakfast is expensive for what you get. We were charged extra for having another coffee each, but that wasn't communicated to us at the time. Price of the sauns is also expensive for 30mins.

I was upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic, thank you! Everything was very clean and comfortable. It's a nice quiet location, and just a few minute's walk to the main shopping / restaurant street.

Everything was great. The only slight problem was there was a heat wave when I stayed. There is a ceiling fan in the living room, but not in the bedroom. The windows are floor to ceiling, so had to keep the curtains drawn in the day to stop the sun heating the suite even more.

Federico from the staff helped us to get around and settled, he was exceptional. We really like the place and the sorroundings just what we were looking for@. We will come back from sure!

Great location. The apartment was big and had two bathrooms. Free parking.

The kitchen was very small and unequipped. Not suitable for a daily use of a family. No dishwasher or laundry machine and the hotel charges 10 Euros to use one.

The location was great. Staff was even better than expected. Federico was great help and answered all my questions with patience.

The breakfast is not very worth money. In very early morning there was someone moving the heavy luggage or trolley through corridor that made noise

A bit far from the center

The bed was very well made with several sheets and blankets, which means you can take layers off until you are comfortable. Some hotels just provide one thin sheet and blanket in summer which always leaves you cold and means you have to go downstairs and ask for extra blankets! So that was great. It was perfectly silent at night, - even though the room wasn't one facing the river and was next to the elevator - so I slept really well. All in all the studio for 44 euros was really good value and I will book it again! The restaurants right opposite are the best value ones in town, as they are not for tourists.

Hotel did't answer or seem to be aware of my "extra information request" when I booked.
