The hotel is in a good location. It is fairly quiet in the area, but within easy walking of most things. There is a good bit of parking. There are lifts to the upper floors of the hotel. The room is a decent size and comfortable to relax in after a long day out. The insulation is fairly good. The shower is fairly good with ample supply of hot water. The beds are comfortable. And the room is very clean. Worth it for the cheaper deal we got.

The check-in was a bit longer than usual. It would be nice to have tea-making facilities in the room.

We are never disappointed with this hotel, as our room is always first class, with a wonderful choice of a buffet breakfast, and it is facing a large parking area, so no problem if there is not a space in the front of the hotel. It is also in a great location for walking into the town to shops and restaurants.

A small table or cupboard in the bathroom would be appreciated to place your washing/shower products on. Otherwise, the walk-in shower is fabulous.

On arrival, when checking in, the Manager kindly upgraded our room, which didn’t disappoint us, as it was excellent. All the staff in the hotel, including reception, are extremely pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here many times, and for us, it is the only and best choice where to stay when visiting Vielha. We thoroughly recommend.

Nothing! There was nothing to complain about. It was a first class stop …. as usual!

Entire staff at the hotel 11/10. Absolutely first rate. Everyone was helpful, patient and friendly in every interaction. Excellent location in town and short drive to the mountain. Ski bus stop is right across the street along with rental shops, grocery and cafes. Tons of free public parking.

For sure not a 4 star hotel, but still a nice place and the location is great. I haven't done the research, but this might be the hottest hotel in the Valley. My goodness, we hung out and slept with the window open in temps ranging from -1 to 10c and were still just barely comfortable. Heating was central controlled so we couldn't adjust in the room.

We arrived at the hotel after a long motorcycle journey and the two receptionists were fantastic. They greeted us with a smile and checked us in rapidly and efficiently. I regret I cannot recall their names but I believe they were from Argentina. A real credit to any hotel. Brilliant

The bathroom was very spacious with double sinks which was great as I was sharing with a friend. The room was divided by a curtain which was not perfect but it was spacious enough for both of us and there were TV's in both areas (not that I used it but could be helpful for others). Breakfast was well staffed and had a large buffet with continental and cooked options. Underground garage which was cool was a nice bonus too.

Very nice hotel, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bikes in a secure room.

It was a shame you needed to book the pool and therefore we couldn't make use of it as booking slots were full (but understandable due to covid restraints)

We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. The room we booked was big and clean, we loved its design. The location of the property is a plus as well. We had half board included on our reservation and both breakfast as dinner were good. We used the Spa with the kids, due to Covid restrictions we had to make a reservation, it worked well for us as we found availability as desired. The sanitary measures very well explained and followed. Staff members all polite and helpful. Special thanks to Susana from reception,she gave us great tips for what to visit around with the kids. Oscar was really nice with our kids at every meal , even if after a day of exploring some evenings the kids were tired. Overall we were very happy with our choice and warmly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in what looks like a ski type village. Staff on desk was kind and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean Lots of restaurants to choose from and great mountain air. Breakfast was plentiful and good choices I would stay there again

Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was good and close to all the facilities in the town. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.
