Room was immaculate, smart, modern, spacious, comfy beds, great bathroom and shower, quiet location and although parking was extra, it was very good and secure

For us the location was perfect, an interesting walk/ cycle (great city to cycle, very cycle friendly) to the centre of the city but for others it may be a bit too far out. Restaurant and breakfast facilities not great, restaurant dark and gloomy as well, but lots of local restaurant facilities nearby or short walk.

The room had extra pillows for reading in bed. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I typically hope for but don´t always find. Also, it is a 3-minute walk to a bus stop, and bus line 5 will take you quickly to the old city.

A minor point -- I arrived late at night and had to wander around a bit because the entrance was in the back (opposite the street). If there was a sign to tell me that, I did not see it.

Perfect room. I had a back problem but could rest. The bed was good. The room had 3 windows. A desk and plenty of storage. An excellent restaurant a little pricy but lots of places around cheaper. A perfect way to meet with the locals. I love the garden in front to rest and get a drink. I plan to stay there again.

I would have prefer a hotel more in the center, however it is accessible by bus.

Convenient location off the highway, quiet residential area with several restaurants within walking distance. Small hotel with nice modern architecture and decor and onsite underground parking. As soon as walking through the gate to the hotel ground, it feels like a cosy resort. Friendly staff, good value breakfast with freshly squeezed juice, a big slice of sour dough toast with butter, jam, olive oil or tomato.

New, clean, comfortable, parking for 10€, continental breakfast for 5€.

Small detail: we got confused when we arrived. The address actually pointed us to the restaurant. The hotel is in the “backyard “ of the restaurant. To enter the parking we need to go trough a parallel street.

Accomodated our bikes with no problem. Locked them away.

Charge for parking our car. Why are we charged extra for car parking when it literally is part of the building. Not peak season so why charge for car parking. Car park was empty.

Really comfortable rooms with soft lighting. Nice and peaceful. Great bathroom and shower. Easy to get to the city centre on number 5 bus, which stops a few metres from the entrance. There are a few bars nearby and green space for running.

We booked on the way back from Portugal and arrived extremely late, which was no issue. The rooms are exceptionally spacious; the beds are heaven! We can't speak highly enough. The breakfast is simple, but gets you going. Staff is extremely friendly. Value for money is impressive.

Perfect room and bathroom. Quiet location, about 15-20 minutes walking from center of Gasteiz. Very friendly and helpful service. Safe Parking under hotel for €10. Great restaurant in the hotel.

Good value room and (simple) breakfast; parking only €8, albeit a cramped underground garage. Friendly staff, doing a long shift! A fascinating city to visit.

A lengthy 25-min+ walk from the city centre (but bus service available). Not a brilliant option on a Monday evening, as hotel’s restaurant, plus the two nearby, are all closed. But we really enjoyed the simple tapas alternative at Don Dardo, also very close.
