The location was excellent, very central to everything. The property was VERY clean and the staff was very courtious. The rate that I paid for the room was WELL worth it becuase of how great the location is.

The room was very noisy with noises from the hall, the room next door and the square outside. There was no chair to sit in, only beds to sit on. But these things were still tolerable because the location was so great.

You can't get a better location for the mosque-cathedral as the hotel is right next to it! I thought the room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The hotel staff were all very friendly, particularly Noria who went out of her way to help. You're about a 20 minute walk to the train station so it's not a bad walk.

Different people like different breakfasts. For me, I want eggs -- and I don't care how they're fixed but that's my main source of protein for breakfast. That said, you could get a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast that suffices. Also, in my room the AC had a problem but it didn't get fixed while I was there. Fortunately after the first night, the rest of the time the weather was decent in the evening.

Fantastic location for this hotel, right in the centre and with the superior room you get the views over the square, the fridge and the kettle! The shower was very powerful, the bed comfortable and room spacious. The heating worked well. I didn't have hotel breakfast which looked a bit expensive for the price, and many local places around the hotel anyway. I stayed an extra night because I liked it so much and was a very reasonable price.

A little noisy outside at night with the road cleaners and party goers, but the mornings were quiet!

Excellent central location below the Alhambra, close walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and museums, and friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was included with my first, “cozier” room, but not at the second, significantly more expensive room (with a beautiful view over the Plaza Nueva) that I had to move into at the end of my stay.

We had a very nice room on the 4th floor with a little balcony overlooking the old part of the city. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better, right in the city center and only a 20 min walk from Alhambra. We parked the car in the private underground garage of their sister hotel just about 50 m away. The staff was very helpful with all the information we needed about sightseeing and restaurants.

The location was good. Our room was on the 4th floor (with a lift) and had a lovely view on the Plaza Nueva. There was also a furnished open terrace for the use of the rooms on this floor

The rooms in our price category vary and the one that we were allocated did not match the pictures on booking.com. But after questioning this, the very helpful woman on the reception offered us a room that did match the pictures. However, we decided to stay in the original, smaller, one because it was quieter and had a lovely view.

Great location--right across from the Plaza Nueva and on the road leading to the Alhambra. Room was dark and quiet. Advance instructions on how to find the parking garage and the hotel were superb. Terrific communication by hotel staff beforehand. Appreciated the private covered parking lot close by. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Liked that the sink was separate from the rest of the bathroom. Appreciated the controlled access to the hotel entrance and the elevator.

There was hair on one of the beds when we arrived. The main hallway of our floor did not smell great. The floor of the shower was slippery.

Our room looked out over the Plaza Nueva, which was an ever-changing parade of people and performers. The room was clean and we were happy to have a refrigerator ensuite. The bathroom is modern and the shower was great. Very safe. Nice lighting and adequate outlets for charging our devices.

It would've been nice to have a comfortable chair or two, though I realize that is a challenge in small city rooms.

The AMCis situated in one of the main squares and close to the Alhambra and Albaicin.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a fridge on the building - I need to keep medication in a fridge. The room had clearly been newly renovated and was nice but there was no handle on the wardrobe door and a shelf of some kind in the shower would have been good- this was a room that was offered as an upgrade for more money. Aldo the reception was supposed to be there from 8 until 8 but this wasn’t the case. Breakfasts were a bit disappointing too - coffee was from a machine and all types tasted sweet; the juice wasn’t fresh - in Andalucia! It was also quite noisy ( not their fault!) as on the square and a lot of buskers etc - take ear plugs if you want to sleep / rest early!

The location is perfect, right in front of one of the main squares where some tours are starting. The beds are great, the room has a balcony really nice, you can see the whole square, there are restaurants and supermarkets close by. And it is really close to La Alhambra if you want to go up walking or there is a bus nearby that climb the hill for you.

The reception is not open 24 hours but a hotel two blocks away received us without any problem. Maybe the bathroom door is too thin (made of glass) in the triple room and it is better to have more privacy in the bathroom.
