The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and it is a good location to head to the skiing in Sierra Neveda.

We booked a family of 4 room with 2 young children and they were put on a sofa bed with big gaps down the side, I was worried each night they would fall in so had to make shift pillows in the gaps for their safety. Also, when i booked the family the rooms looks very nice. On arrival, me and my husband had 2 singles and beds and the kids were on the sofa bed. My mother in law booked a double room and it was bigger and better and cheaper - she even got robes and slippers and we didn’t but paid double the price.

Hotel Luna is well located and a short distance from the centre of Granada and above all offers Car Parking. Had no problems finding it. A walk to the centre takes about 15-20 min at your leisure. A cab costs roughly €6. A cab from the centre to Alhambra costs €7. Cabs are well priced here and are cashless which is a + factor. The Hotel was comfortable, modern and well maintained. If your looking at this location, you’d be advised to book it, unless you want to be in the centre and then Parking will become your biggest problem.

Room was very roomy! (we had booked a double / twin beds and got a room with 3 beds but still lots of walking around space. We also had a small balcony overlooking the Corte Ingles shopping mall. It was a busy road (traffic) but good sound proofing. Very spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Breakfast was buffet style but lots of choice and constantly checked if there was enough of everything. Very good advise from the front desk to get a taxi to El Alhambra and then walk back to the hotel. It would have taken 2 public buses or expensive car parking at El Alhambra.

Our toilet flush broke down. However, after reporting this to the reception somebody came to fix it within 15 minutes. The key cards (both of them at different times) decided not to work. This again was corrected at the reception desk immediately.

The room and the staff were excellent and very friendly. The gastro bar was very good and very good staff.

The food in the buffet was terrible. The selection was poor and nothing was labeled to tell you what it was. We went in there only 30 minutes after it opened and the food was cold we complained to the restaurant manager who dealt with our complaint very well, but the chefs behind the cooking area were very unhelpful one of them even went to the kitchen and brought in a jug of hot sauce and poured it over the meat which is not acceptable or hygienic. We never ate there again and would not recommend it . The food should not be left to stew in trays which were not hot enough it is dangerous. Very poor selection . The cooking show is there to cook fresh for the clients when required and not to save the chefs time.

The hotel location is great and walkable to the historic, central Grenada location. The breakfast was AMAZING, and the best in my entire trip. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The inside of the hotel was beautiful and clean. Great price for a great hotel.

We paid 19 Euros to park for the night, but the parking garage is very conveniently located attached to the hotel, and easily accessed.

This hotels ticks all the boxes, the rooms were a generous size, the facilities are great, staff are very helpful, the hotel has a great variety of food including halal options. The location is good away from the hustle and bustle, the main hot spots such as Plaza Nueva is a 5 minutes taxi ride away or if you prefer public transport you can take a bus, the bus stop is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is also, a shopping mall accross the road, plenty of resturants near by including halal too! .

The indoor and outdoor pool were at opposite ends of the hotel. Spa, area was an additional cost however this also means you have the spa area all to yourself.

Really very friendly receptionists who speak several languages, very clean and beautiful room, very nice food at breakfast, easy and big parking, situated in front of a huge Corte Ingles in case one needs to do shoppings

It is not located next to the important tourist attractions but it is close driving or walking about 20 minutes

The breakfast, children leisure facilities, and pool areas, how well laid out the family bedrooms are for families. The gastro bar food was fab and children friendly meals very resonable prices. The parking was super easy underground. Alot of restaurants/pharmacy and shopping centre within walking distance. Best of being in the middle of the action but far enough out for not be over crowded.

The room was very cosy, beds were clean and comfortable (love that they use duvets instead of the usual sheets). Bathroom was also very clean with great warm water and water pressure. Great value for money! We also enjoyed the rooftop tanning beds and the fact that the hotel has many options for indoor activities (spa, gym, pool) for extremely hot days. The staff is also very helpful and helped us book cabs (which arrived really quickly) on a couple of occasions.

The pool was sadly tiny and always really crowded (I guess that's because we were there during the heat wave), so we didn't get to use it. Our room was also not cleaned even though we didn't have the 'do not disturb' sign on, but we didn't mind too much because that only happened once and we were going to check out the next morning. Location is decent (quiet area) but about a 20-30min walk to the city centre, so just keep that in mind if you don't want to walk too much!
