One word for this hotel: perfect. The highly professional service by the staff mixed with a comfortable and familiar note especially, but not ony, by Miss Olga and her collegue which took care of us at the first night turned our 5 nights stay in Granada into an unforgettable adventure. Thank you so much. The hotel is located about 10min walk to the cathedral. So you are very close to the center of Granada. On the other hand you are close to non-touristic parts of this city and it's a quiet area at night and morning. We stayed in different rooms during our visit. All of them were clean, nice and completly as we wished and suspected. But: If you have the time and money stay in the beautiful and enourmous junior suite. We travel a lot. I have never seen such a beautiful full-service suite like this. We highly recommend Hotel Granada Center. Hope to see you soon. And thank you again.

the location is great for getting to and from the train station or airport. Large commercial hotel, so very efficient, clean, well appointed. A little disappointed by the lack of a kettle or coffee machine in the room since I get up around 5am and like a coffee immediately (I asked, they wouldn’t give me one). The breakfast buffet was huge with lots of options and freshly cooked.

This is a very large, commercial hotel. When I arrived, I asked for a coffee machine or kettle in my room because I like a cup of coffee as soon as I wake up. I was told “no”. So in the morning, I went down to the restaurant and was told I’d have to buy the whole buffet to get my one cup of coffee, and directed me to the bar across the lobby where I finally got a cup of coffee. When I checked out, the receptionist told me I should have asked for a kettle in my room, which I had the night before when I checked in. So it was all very confusing.

The hotel is reasonably close to Granada centre (20 mins walking), and looks very nice. The furniture looks modern and stylish. The receptionists were nice and professional.

We got the room with the terrace but the room itself was VERY small - I literally couldn't open my luggage because there was not enough floor area to do it. Plus the terrace was completely useless because there is no separation between the terraces of the rooms. You can directly see through to the two neighbouring rooms - whatever you do or say, the neighbours will see and hear. Such a waste! The underground parking is extremely tight - I'm an experienced driver but I had some difficulty getting down to the parking lot and parking the rental car (Nissan Qashqai). If you're a less experienced driver or have a full-size SUV, then avoid the parking lot!

Well, the hotel exceeds my expectations. Its worthed five stars not four. The size of the room is perfect for a couple or small family, the facilities are great, the Wi-Fi is amazing, and the staff were professional and friendly. the room service is spectacular, and the food was delicious.

AC is not working, only fan>>> I asked about it and they told me because of the winter season, the AC turn into fan and for stabilize the room temperature balance with the outside temperature. So, all the night we felt hot and can't sleep, and at 1 pm it turned off automatically :l and then Ive to turn ie ON again of course for fan not AC!

Really nice hotel near the historic center of Granada. The room was very spacious, well equipped and very clean. The bathrooms have an amazing shower, great pressure and temperature. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive, but the quality was again very good. I had a few nice interactions with the staff to ask for some tips regarding site seeing, they were always happy to help.

The on-site parking is quite expensive and the garage is very tight. Navigating the garage with a larger car was a challenge. On the last day I moved my car to a 24hr public parking garage ~5min walk from the hotel which was quite a bit cheaper and more accommodating for larger cars than the hotel

The room was big and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning ladies were professional and meticulous. The continental breakfast and the hotel bar restaurant were very good.

The lady at the reception took a lot of time for the check-out and messed up with the invoices. Also, the printer at the guests' disposal did not work, and nobody seemed to care. I had to send the document to be printed via email twice to the receptionist (apparently, she lost the email the first time), and finally, I left the hotel without it.

Marcos, the front desk staff was super helpful and very efficient. He helped us in several different matters, from helping with our luggage, giving informative advices on how to go to Alhambra and some other places, and responding to our requests for additional room amenities. Overall, the hotel was very value for money.

At first, there were no blanket given for our both rooms but only duvet cover (probably this was the practice there for September), and we were to request for blanket (which the hotel quickly gave us). The hotel entrance has steps, made it a bit difficult for luggage. There should be a ramp. Most of room amenities were upon request and sometimes clients might not bother to request for each of them. It would be better if the hotel could consider putting most of them readily available there in the room for those who stay 2 nights and longer.

An impressive, high specification building with a very up-market feel. It was great, on arrival after a 200km drive to a city location, to be able to pull up at the door, leave the car in order to check in, and then to park the car on site. Almost everything about the property was excellent.

The breakfast room! Far too small for the number of guests using it. There is a buffet style breakfast, which means people constantly moving about pushing between tables to get food. Hot breakfast items were constantly running out and there were delays before they were replenished.

The hotel is really nice and it has an interesting hallway and middle section. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The room and the bathroom were clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is varied, with good orange juice and lots of options to choose from in the breakfast area.

The only thing we did not enjoy was the parking access, which is under the hotel at level -3 or -4 and the access is very very narrow and cramped. You cannot park your car or get out of the parking without the help of an employee, who by the way was very attentive and helpful, but this situation was very stressful as we were afraid not to hit our car on the walls as the way goes down and round the corners, etc. Other than this all our experience was 10/10.

Our family stayed in this hotel and got 3 rooms. The rooms & bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The lobby is grand. Marco, their bellhop was exceptionally attentive and helpful.
