Our second visit. Location is great. A quiet street, so it's possible to sleep. A 10 min walk from the bus station, to get a bus to anywhere in Ibiza. 15 min walk to the old town. 5 min walk to the taxi stand. Value for money. Comfy bed, aircon, roof terrace and communal fridge

Not enough hot water in the ensuite room for 2 people to have showers and wash hair. Communal bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. No view from the ensuite rooms. No cups in the rooms for an aperitif. Only 4 coat hangers for 2 people (bring your own!)

The room was very cozy and it had everything needed. The bathroom was not in the room but it was very clean and had towel hooks which is basic but I don't see it often. There were not many people around so it was pretty private like booking a flat. The staff was pretty distracted each time we approached (probably having many requests) but in the end very polite with providing information.

Very good location right in the center, close to supermarkets, close to harbour, old city and castle, 25 minute walk to Pacha. Common bathrooms were always clean, bed linen had fresh smell, cleaning personnel visited our room daily. The roof terrace has a nice view of the castle and it's very pleasant to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Oh, did I mention free coffee and milk? They held our luggage after checkout.

The place is amazing, nice terrace and very great rooms. It's a very special place, I really advice to stay here when you are in Ibiza.

Just the Wifi was underperforming, sadly because on the general score it was rated high.

Our stay was just awsome 😍 The hostel is right in the city centre, so easy to reach from every place. The room was big and really comfy , we also had a sink inside, it was a nice thing. The toilets are shared but they are big and nice and moreover they are super clean, kept like this by the cleaning staff which is also very kind and efficient. Also the hostel staff was really gentle and nice. We had a little issue with our AC but it was solved in nothing and the help we had was just amazing. Really recommended to everyone 😀

The location was good, and the room and bathroom were really clean!

We had a problem with our power outlet, since one of the three available (in a room of three) wasn’t working, and tried to come up with a solution with the staff, but we were ignored about it, saying there was nothing that they could do, not even give us one of the extensions they had (that I saw)

The best part was the staff, they were very kind and made our stay wonderful even before check in and checkout times. The location was very good, close to attractions, restaurants and bars, and to bus stops that made it easy to go around the Island. The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of light.

Sadly there was a construction next to the hotel, but there's nothing they can do about that. Even though breakfast is not being served at the terrace during some months, it would be nice if the place was better taken care of, it looked messy and it's a shame because it is a wonderful place.

Rooms were great, lovely to have private rooms for extremely good value hostel pricing, clean, and everything you would expect provided - soft towels, soap, blankets - our beds were also remade for us daily which was a nice surprise. Superb location in the centre of the town near the harbour. Staff friendly and allowed us to store our bag after checkout with no issues.

Temperature and pressure of the shower in the shared bathrooms and the bedroom taps was quite unpredictable. Also no fault of the hostel but quite invasive and noisy construction right on its doorstep at the moment.

The staff were absolutely exceptional and they looked after us to no end. The rooms were very clean and the AC was working as it was supposed to! There is a roof terrace where you can have breakfast, have some drinks, etc — this was our favourite aspect of the hostel.

The rooms were very dark unless you used the light because it wasn’t possible to keep the blinds open. There are plug sockets on the roof terrace but they don’t work unfortunately.

Location is excellent, staff very kind as well. The rest was just very good. The even let you use the fridge to store food and drinks. You can use the microwave as well and the offer disposable cutlery.

The only downside is that there is no wardrobe just hangers and I stay 1 week long and had a big luggage so it was not comfortable for me and my room is all the time messy.
