This is a paradise. Very nice location. Great place, great room. Nicest breakfast in the last years. And the baths are wonderful. Worth each cent spent. Really loved. The external baths, hot pools, are excellent. Staff was very nice. We would like to thank and post a compliment to the lady who assisted us at the internal bath. Very nice, lended us a swin cap.

Well, the bathroom need some renovation. And I would suggest online booking for baths. External pools could be open until 22pm as well. But really great. It's not necessary to use sandals at the baths. It's a small space, one has to walk three steps, and is under the water.

The room was big and comfortable, with a mini fridge. We had fun in the spa. The breakfast was excellent with lots of different choices on the buffet. Gin on the terrace in the evening was very pleasant, while watching the lizards scamper around :)

As others have mentioned, the spa facilities are a bit tired, but then it is expensive to look after such facilities especially when there's constant mineral deposits from the hot springs (although it would be easy enough to fix the benches in the sauna...). It didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves though. The shower in the room was a bit outdated and the temperature was difficult to control. For dinner, there was an extra charge on our bill which I couldn't figure out the reason for; the staff didn't speak enough English (and I don't speak enough Spanish) to figure it out. Checking in and out took a while with the staff being fairly confused about us having booked through booking.com. It was sorted out in the end though.

Fantastic location. Room was spacious and fairly quiet, beds were large and comfortable. Aircon was fine too. Thermal facilities on site were good.

Spa pool areas require a little maintenance - cracked glass panes require replacement, watermarks and other staining to various surfaces need to be properly cleaned off, and generally better attention to detail in repairs to tiling and other finishes - same for the bathroom in our room which required various repairs to the walls and replacement of showerheads. It was this lack of attention to detail which brought down our perception of the hotel, which is ashame as otherwise, it was a really great stay.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was really enjoyable and the massage was relaxing. The choices at breakfast were extensive and tasty. The staff were all friendly especially Angel who went the extra mile as we don’t speak Spanish.

Wearing bathing caps in the spa, although we understand this is a requirement in all spas and pools in Spain.

Excellent staff went out of their way to make our stay special without being too formal. The hotel is an interesting mix with some modern features (exposed stone walls) and some less so (like the dark wood in the rooms), plus some areas past their best and others showing the hotel is investing. We loved the spar after long days out and sitting in the new thermal pools catching the last rays will remain a special memory. Staff went out of their way to get around any language problems. The walk from the hotel to Tresviso was spectacular possibly the best we have ever had!

Wish they would lose some of the plastics (drinking cups, toilet cover and olive oil!). They did promote walks but I'd love to see more effort on walks from the hotel or using local buses rather than driving. And maybe this is one area where (given it can be dangerous) more info could be available in English and other languages?

Very nice place, good staff, pretty facilities. Spectacular views around. Rooms are cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff left us a banana and a couple of other fruits in the room. They have parking.

Quite expensive, no hygiene kit in the bathroom, no slippers, no water bottles usually provided by 4 stars hotels. In the restaurant the food is okay, but really nothing special.

Location great for us having just come thru the Picos. Didn't get chance to use the Spa but if you like the more rustic approach - head to the river. There's a small area of thermal activity and someone has created a cool personal thermal spa. I wished I'd seen it sooner!

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The balneario was superb, very invigorating and relaxing. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Fabulous breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, homemade cakes, cheese and ham and lots of cooked options too.

The lunch and the dinner were both disappointing. Food was not the best quality.

We enjoyed the views and the proximity to several via ferratas. The thermal spa was a perfect space to recover after long days of hiking. Potes is also very close by. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

Unfortunately, the dinner menu did not show any vegetarian/vegan-friendly options, so we had to leave to find another option for dinner.

The spa is fabulous and the staff are lovely. The room is spacious. It has old world charm.

needs a bit of a freshen up in the bathroom. was hard to get the temperature right in the shower as it got hit and cold.
