Location is super good, easily walkable to a lot of attractions, from the airport its one metro train for a few stops (which the station is just up the road) then swap to the airport metro. There's restaurants, dessert places, a lot of markets, street markets etc within a 5 minute walk, madrid history museum that's free is up the road, and most things you'd want is 20-30 minutes walk pretty easily. Busy street with shopping + food options etc outside, but I didn't find it loud

I never love the staffless check in, the instructions were okay but its a bit trial and error but it works.

Excellent location, great kitchen area in room, lots of extra special touches, big and very comfy bed, hassle free check in/check out, great character to the room, quick and easy communication with staff, nice complimentary toiletries.

The downside to such a great location was a lot of noise during the night. This is mostly out of the control of Bob W and earplugs are provided, but the window sealing could be tighter around the lock to stop sound leaking in quite so much. Some of the furnishings were tired and needed replacing and we were told the thermostat could not be put on air con mode despite us desperately needing it the first couple of days, as it was now technically winter.

Very good service in whatsapp and on location. I changed the room and it was very quicly organized. Very neat and modern furniture. Very safe with four different codes to get into the house😆.

The window was two sliding glass-panels, it doesn't block the noise and the wind blew right through. I used the yoga-matt's to block the draft. There's no radiators, so during winter room was cold. It took one day and limited +26C air-conditioner use just to heat up the place. The place was difficult to find, there's no Bob W. -sign outside and the number 45 was hidden deep in the corridor. When the gate to street is closed, you cannot see the number at all. Also taxi doesn't take you there since it is a walking-street.

The entire experience handling the host is very good. Everything very professional and well taken care. Amazing details to make us feel comfortable and have good times in Madrid. The breakfast being in a near coffee shop, adds value, since it has great food. The camera so we can take a picture and leave it for other guests. The organization of the space and bedroom, is very functional.

The room is very small, but good to a couple and 1 kid, tops. Since in the summer the temperature can be very hot and how we were facing outdoors with direct sun, the air conditioning is not enough, since it was in the lower temperature possible, running for hours and even not cooling down the space, what made it uncomfortable some times.

The room was comfortable and there was a good selection of things to help you feel at home. For example, the kitchen, which had everything you needed to cook breakfast and small meals. The location is excellent. The exit is directly onto the promenade, where there is always life, lots of shops and restaurants.

There is a lot of nightlife on the street, so the room is noisy, especially at weekends. So if you're a bad sleeper, you should think twice, even if the room comes with free earplugs. It was really nice that the hotel told us about a nice breakfast place, but according to the Booking service, breakfast was included in the hotel, although in reality the café only gave you a discount of 1 euro.

I stayed for a few days at Bob W's Fantastic Studio. Clean, cozy place with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen, which is important to me because I like to cook my healthy food. The location is perfect with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and just a few minutes away is Madrid's main avenue, Gran Via, this is phenomenal because I love this area. Anyway, I was very well received by a charming and attentive woman called Lola, who explained to me how everything worked very well. I recommend it 100%. I had to speak to Bob a few times and the responses were quick and he was also very attentive. Thank you very much, I loved my stay and I will DEFINITELY be back next year.

The room had really hot water that seemed to last forever, bathroom and shower included.The code system to go in and out of the room and building was easy to use and the instructions provided were clear and easy to understand. The check-in was easy to do, filling out the forms was fast and it didn't require invasive practices like sending pictures of your ID or passport. Very spacious! Clean room. Friendly staff. Room had temperature control on top of very warm blankets so you can keep comfortable. The view is really pretty. Location was excellent, Fuencarral is a gorgeous street with dozens of stores of all varieties and full of architectural beauty. You're a short walk away from countless restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, clothes shops, and the museum of Madrid history.

The street is noisy outside at night and there's no soundproofing on the windows. Personally it didn't bother me and I could fall asleep easily, but people that are sensitive to noise may want ear plugs. The bathroom had a bad smell, we kept the windows open all the time otherwise it became a bit unbearable.

The location was closed to major tourist attractions. The host is so proactive, always asking if our stay is alright and if we need anything. It's a quiet place and very secure. The washing machine is a bonus. The only thing that could be a problem with other guests is the bare cement flooring. That said, it wasn't a problem for us. There are lots of places to eat in the area.

The bedroom where we stayed is a little tight, especially on the right side. I have to crawl onto the bed because the front end of the bed is touching the wall.

Location was perfect as was all communication with the company. Got answers back to any and all questions both before we arrived and while we were there immediately. Really appreciated having use of the gym and the luggage storeroom, however, luggage storeroom door did not lock. But because there was so much security to get into the building and onto the floor, we left our luggage there anyway, and felt reasonably comfortable. Keyless entry was great, and the room was clean. Appreciated the couple of bananas and oranges that were there for us as well. 😄. There was also shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Room was tiny as was the bathroom and the shower. So as long as you don’t mind being in a very small space, everything else about this place was great

Great location, easy to get to it from train or airport by metro. cool modern style. easy communication with bob via what’s app, responses within minutes. all necessary info in the online reception area. have to pay extra for early check in but luggage storage is free. several unexpected perks like fruit, cake, waffles, bottle of wine, nintendo in the apartment. all clean.

wifi broke every now and then, but bob seems aware and actively working on fix. street from “view” apartment full with people until late night so can be a bit noisy but this is overcome by free ear plugs provided. All in all great place to stay!
