This is a really great option if you're fine with a simple room with just a bed for a good price right in the center of Madrid. 1. Location is perfect, can't be better! You're located in the area called Chueca which is full of stores (really good ones) and different bars. It's the city center, so you have many sights and cafes really close. Nights are pretty loud, but it's not an issue for us :) 2. Staff is very nice and welcoming, just make sure you write them your time of arrival, so that there is someone on reception to check you in. 3. Generally speaking, our room was fine, clean and with a great view. Thank you very much!

1. Rooms are really very small, there is a place for 1 suitcase but we had 2, so we needed to climb the bed every time when we wanted to get to the other side of the room. 2. If you're coming at night, you need to pay extra for someone to be at the reception, which is understandable. But no worries, they inform you about that, so you're prepared :) 3. We really wanted some kettle. Considering the price, it's obvious that there was no kettle in the room, but at least we wanted one in the hall. But there was a paid coffee machine there, to be fair. For this price, the offer is good. If it becomes higher, it would be unreasonable.

This is a budget hotel in the middle of Madrid and ticked all the boxes for this kind of place. The furnishings were basic but not tired or worn, there was no street noise or parties, staff were helpful and the location was excellent.

For what it is - nothing.

The location is the best. Very clean room. There is an elevator. The price is an advantage in comparison with other hotels in this area.

Would like to have a normal blanket. Light switch of my room was in a hall and this is strange.

Superb Location! Staff were great.

Walls are thin, you can here quite a lot from the next rooms. Also shower curtain doesn’t keep splashes, as it’s en-suite bathroom, water leaked out a bit.

Very clean place. Yes the window looks to the inside of the building but that means that there’s no street noise which I liked. Roomy, comfortable. Lift available which I appreciated - you still need to walk a few steps to enter the apartment/hostel. There’s construction going on in the building but it didn’t bother us as we got up at 9am. We left our phone plugs behind and the staff messaged me which i appreciated as I hadn’t noticed. I could return while still in town to collect them.

The mattress is hard. Not for everyone but I didn’t mind it.

Location is superb! Right in the city center, 5 to 10 minutes to several supermarkets, walk distance to pretty much anything you wanna see. Our windows were facing yard, so it was quiet, even though street is quite busy in night time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They make sure I find location in advance and help with storing our luggage. Also room was super clean. There was a heater in the room, so during colder month I would have enjoyed it more)

AC was "external" - it was soo noisy, we barely get any sleep during first night (earplugs didn't help), somewhat adapted to it on our second night. It was +36 at night, so not using it wasn't an option. Bedsheets were slick in general or sticky when you sweat. Also, no fridge in the building, and with this heat it was hard to find cold water. Just one small fridge in the corridor would make a huge difference.

As you know I stayed at 25 previously and assumed 41 would be similar. To my surprise this place was far superior. A reception to start. A fair sized room with TV and air-conditioning. A spotless share bathroom. Easy access codes or keys and a trustworthy lift. Great location. Easy walk to the main areas of Madrid and the metro.

The coffee machine badly needs an upgrade. Very dangerous plastic cups which are illegal in Australia. And yet again zero fire protection.

Location is great and nearby many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Jorge is very friendly and professional. The room was big and bright and has sink. The shared bathroom is clean and I shared it with only one person, as they said.

While everything else was great, I had hard time sleeping because of the bed. I stayed for two nights and didn’t really sleep well. The room needs a new bed. I ended up ‘sinking’ in one position. The bed was neither soft nor hard. It just desperately needed to be replaced.

Extremely well located and with decent price per night stay.

The check-in process was quite lengthy, and it would have been appreciated if the receptionist had offered to complete all the necessary paperwork after escorting me to my room, rather than making me wait for 20 minutes, especially after a long and demanding travel day. Additionally, the level of noise from the street at night, even with the window and curtains fully closed, was also quite bothersome.

This property was right in the heart of the city and walking distance from all the key sites and places & easy access lots of different key public transport if preferred. This is in a super popular area with loads of bars and restaurants nearby safe for LGBTQIA+ travellers their are loads of venues near.

If you can I would go for the air conned rooms as the smaller windows and fans are great but heart of summer you may want some AC. The mattresses do leave you a little sore in the mornings, especially if you are a side sleeper but for the price I wasn’t annoyed but just a heads up if your staying for a prolonged period of time your back may be a little beat up.
