Clean, modern and spacious room exactly as in the picture. Also amazing location, everything to see was nearby, metro and 24h carefour were at the end of the street. Staff was incredibly helpful, the guy at the check in even showed us the room and explained everything in person. And in general, check in was really professional. The last day we just had some issue in our room around 11 evening but the staff was helpful with resolving the problem in such a late time. Definitely worth for the money. Highly recommend!

Loved the central location as we were able to walk to monuments, squares etc. Basic room on small size for 2 people if you were intending to spend any time in room, but there are better places to be. Ensuite with great shower. Bed was comfortable, room was generally quiet & spotlessly clean. We had a fridge & the complimentary water & cava on arrival was a nice surprise. Has a lift which suited us 2 older folks on a budget. Staff very helpful, & welcoming. Would have liked to have had access to a safe, but felt secure with 24 hour reception. Is close to transport options, including hop on hop off bus stop.

This hostal was quite amazing! The quality of the facilities and the customer service were incredible! We really enjoyed our stay here, the room itself and bathroom were comfortable, clean and spacious. They even gave us complementary drinks and since we arrived early before the check-in time they kindly allowed us to store our luggage. The location is great, the hostal is 2 stops away from the Gran Vía but also, it has its own tourist places from a walking distance (e.g. Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, Sobrino Botín Restaurant (oldest restaurant in the world) and many others places).

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. My husband has regular seminars in the city so we travel in from another part of Spain. For tourists, the location is unbeatable, easy walking distance to attractions, buses, metro and some great places to eat. The staff are helpful and pleasant. And on the two occasions we stayed, other guests were respectful and quiet. Seems the hostal attracts a nice clientele. Rooms are also very clean and have a fridge. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

We preferred the room we had on our first stay. Second time room was larger but although shower was good size, bathroom was very small (I am a petite woman) This could be very uncomfortable for any medium or larger sized person.

The location is walkable to most of the main tourist spots. Even though the room is exactly in front the main door of this hostel but we didn’t disturb by the noise at all. Other travelers opened and closed the door gently.

A well located hostel in Sol – now my favourite part of Madrid. Easy to find – upon arriving look up and the sign says it all. There is an elevator, so no need to carry much. The staff was helpful and the room itself is of course small, but it's cozy and I have slept in much smaller places so no worries, there's even a small balcony. Now for the best part – Yatai Market, a food court filled with asian restaurants, is located on the parallel street, 2 minutes max. Salmon Guru, the world's #16 cocktail bar is a rather short walk away – recommended! Cheers!

The staying was very welcoming! We had a couple of welcome mini bottles of wine and chocolate (free) and a gift for when we left. The staff was very nice and present 24/7. The position was optimal, very close to Puerta del sol and perfect to reach by foot every important location. Even tho we were very central the room was quiet and we had a perfect stay.

The only little downsides were the room size which is very little, but perfect for what we were using it (only to sleep) and the bed which is smaller than a regular Italian matrimonial bed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The comfort level was top-notch, and the service was excellent. It’s a quiet and safe place, perfect for relaxing. The location is unbeatable, with major sights just a short walk away. The rooms come with a private fridge and AC, which is a huge plus during the hot Madrid summers. Highly recommed this hostel for a great stay in Madrid!

There's a small elevator, though be aware of a few small steps which might be a challenge for those needing more accessibility.

Very convenient location, 3 minutes from Tirsa de Molina metro station and also close to Sol metro. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in vicinity and Carrefour and Lidl supermarkets at bottom of road. Within walking distance of Prado.

The shower was poor and difficult to control at a reasonable temperature. Despite reporting this, there was no improvement. For this reason, we marked down our rating.

Easy check in even at 10.30pm nice to have a fridge in the room even better it had complimentary Cava & water. room was clean with a nice bathroom , as it was an interior room it was quiet. The location was perfect close to 2 Metro stations but easy walking distance to most attractions , there is a Lidl just down the road which was handy for picking up supplies .

Nothing really not to like about this place . Signage could be a bit better as we went into the wrong place 2 doors up
