the location is perfect. it's a good choice for a family of 4 people. there are all the kitchen facilities. everything was ok.

it seems like the room wasn't clean. the floor looked dirty

Our first apt was very small. Fortunately, we were able to get a 2 bedroom apt for the last 3 nights at a higher cost, but that was ok. The larger apt was spacious.

The beds in both the 1 bedroon and 2 bedroom were bad, cheap mattresses, and two singles that separated easily. Uncomfortable. The street Los Madrazos was closed due to construction with waste containers in the street. Not what you would want to see when you get to a large city for vacation. They should not rent these apts during this construction period, or we should have been made aware of the site limitations. A partial credit should be awarded for all the inconveniences.

Pros: Clean apartment. Nicely equipped kitchen (kettle, oven, hob, washing machine etc). beds comfortable including the pull-out bed and great location.

Cons: The booking process is a real odyssey and takes up a lot of time. A few pointers: at the beginning you need to make sure you process the payment with Slow Suites directly as otherwise in a matter of hours your reservation gets cancelled. Secondly, once you do the lengthy online check in, you don’t get any confirmation of whether it has been processed or not. Then, if you do the booking via Booking, you get a message the day before to say that if you don’t confirm your credit card details your booking will be cancelled which turns out to be unnecessary. And lastly, you don’t get any replies to e-mails or phone calls from Slow Suites. Otherwise, everything else went smoothly.

It is located in the city center, but in the calm street. It is really good advantage. Amenities were there, even coffee tabs. Beds were comfortable. Thank you very much.

My 2 years old daughter was in the socks.After 15 min of walking I realized that socks are very dirty. It means that they did not clean the floors enough good.

Close to city centre and attractions. Have air conditioning which is quiet and comfortable.

Blocked draining in one shower. Shower heads in both bathrooms have too high recoil pressure that the holder cannot hold it tight and splash to the ceiling. Told staff about all these but problem not solved. No bowls for soup. No coffee capsule replenished after housekeeping.

The apartment was very well equipment and EXTREMELY clean. The building is conveniently located 7-10 minute walk from Puerta del Sol (right in the heart of everything). Unlike other 2-bedroom apartments I have rented in the past, this apartment was huge. Both bedrooms were big, the master even had a walk-in closet and both bathrooms were also pretty large. The day of the check-in I always get a little anxious if I dont receive the door codes and access links by 1pm (even though check-in is officially at 3pm). I called the customer-service number just to make sure everything was in order, and was told that as soon as the unit was cleaned, I would receive the codes. 30 minutes later, I had the codes sent to me via e-mail.

Good location, comfy beds and quite big apartment for 7 people.

8/10 because of check in. You need to write manually the data of all the guests into the website. And as if this wasn’t enough you also need to upload a photo of every document from both sides. How come the photo from which you can see all the data of the passenger isn’t enough? Waaaay too complicated.

The location is perfect to walk around the city. Very quite but still very close to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá, El Retiro, Museo del Prado. The place is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The staff was very nice as well. I will love to stay in this place again when I come back to Madrid.

Nothing to complain about

All possible kitchen utensils and equipment and the coffee machine with the capsules! The easy access to the city center!

The apartment is looking more fresh in the pictures. Actually the walls needs painting, the furniture (sofa, chairs, etc) are dirty and with spots on them! The small room with 1.5 bed is too small...and not comfort one the lower bed slides outside.

Central location. Large, spacious and very clean apartment, with all facilities.

No luggage facilities on early arrival or when you leave. Communication with the host was disappointing, on this issue. The day before arrival they said to call their number (on arrival at the airport) and they would alert the cleaners to allow us to leave bags (our flight was early morning and the room not available until 3pm). The number just rang out. We had to stay at the airport for 4 wasted hours as we had nowhere to leave our luggage. Likewise, when leaving (at 11am) nowhere to leave luggage (our flight was 4.30pm), so no option but to get to airport early. This was the only issue, otherwise I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone and I would stay again.
