Location is excellent! Nice decor. Efficient c/in & c/out. Good service. Very nice bath amenities. Bed is big and comfortable.

Only 2 things missing: Rooms should have a coffee machine in the room, and more space in the closet (I find it a very small one for 2 people- maybe to add a few shells inside). But it is not a complain, only an observation on what can make this stay even better.

No Tea / coffee facilities in room or phone directory to call reception found out everything is on App which needs to be highlighted a wee bit more on checkin to save time looking in room for information. Reception was No 9 & Tea & coffee could be requested & delivered to room free

A very well appointed modern hotel in a central location on the Gran Via. Excellent staff. Great breakfast.

The bathroom shower was disappointing, as in so many decent European hotels. Why is it that hotels expect that little piece of glass to keep the water in the shower? Don't these designers take showers themselves?! By simply adding a second piece of glass they could have provided a proper shower door, instead of the inevitable splashing of water all over the bathroom floor, and soaked towels! The sad thing is thing is that everyone now seems to follow this unacceptable trend.

Great location. Booked a room with terrace, great view Stunning building especially bar: breakfast area.welcome from staff was exceptional particularly the porter who took our cases. Breakfast was excellent in choice and availability.

Didn’t live up to initial impression. On arrival guest service person assured use they would help us with an itinerary, that was the last time we saw anyone at the desk.staff in the evening reluctant to answer questions. Rooms very attractive but small. 4 fixed coat hangers and 4 shelves not convenient or adequate storage for 5 night stay. Room cleaning staff excellent.

Location was great in the heart of town . Walking distance to all the sites. Room was large, bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows & amenities provided . Room was amazingly clean. Room was serviced daily. Check in / check out was easy and front desk was always managed.

Not a big negative but for a hotel that was exceptionally good the only thing missing was a kettle for Tea/ coffee and some complimentary water would have been nice. Room service minimum purrchase was 10 euro so couldnt order just a coffee. Cleaning carts were always left outside the rooms which wasn't very appealing to the eye.

I would give this hotel a rating of 10++! I first visited in April 2023 and came back because I was so impressed with my previous stay. This time I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite near the Schweppes sign without even asking which made my final night in Madrid absolutely unforgettable. If you’re looking for a unique experience I highly recommend the suite! It had so much character and the view was stunning. The lights from outside didn’t disturb my sleep as the curtains provided complete blackout. For light sleepers I suggest bringing earplugs just in case. Once again, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Irene for making my stay even better!

We were there for our honeymoon but unfortunately, only one night. The wonderful man at the reception desk upgraded our room! We were put into the Schweppe's room on the 10th floor! It was so unique, quirky and fun!! The whole room was decorated with neon and fun art for Schweppe's because the Schweppe's neon sign, was outside our windows on the side o the building for all to see in the square and on the street below! The bed was circular, which was a first for me! The room had plenty of space and the bed, albeit round (??) was comfy! The views were phenomenal. The shower was large and great water pressure. There were plenty of extra toiletries for our use. That was much appreciated. There was a mini fridge with snacks and drinks (for a price). There was a couch, ottoman and easy chair in the room as well.

The bathroom was fine but the toilet was in its own room with a door. Usually, that is a great thing but the wall of the toilet room that faced the bedroom was opaque glass! Whoever was in the bedroom area could see the person sitting on the toilet!! That was a bit strange and off putting....especially on your honeymoon!!

We received a free upgrade so of course our stay was exceptional! We had a suite facing the Main Street. It was amazing! We could hear all the sounds, it was like being in New York City. Even though there was traffic noise and the sound of people having fun, it did not affect our sleep at all. The bed was so comfortable. One of the best sleeps we have ever had. The staff were also wonderful, helpful and very competent. This is not based on a free upgrade, but just general interactions with the staff.

No full length mirror except back of toilet door - it’s a very minor thing. I can’t think of anything else negative.

We arrived early at the hotel to ask if we could leave our bags there until check-in. We were delighted to be told our room was ready. The receptionist was lovely. The receptionist was very professional. We had no problems checking in. Our room was perfect. It was bright, airy, and spacious for the 3 of us. The bathroom was a great size, and the shower was excellent. We didn't have an evening meal at the hotel, but we did have breakfast the following morning. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast room was very relaxed. The staff were attentive and helpful. There was a great selection of food to choose from. A wonderful start to our 2nd day in Madrid. We found the hotel staff lovely and friendly. The hotel location is perfect. We were not disappointed as we enjoyed the local shops, restaurants, side streets, the hop on hop off bus tour, (stops 6 and 7 nearby hotel) and visiting the palace (20 min walk away). The palace is well worth a visit inside, truly stunning. An added bonus to staying at this hotel is the rooftop bar. It is well worth a visit to chill out, sit back, and admire the amazing view after spending a fabulous day in sunny Madrid....

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Madrid making it ideal for exploring the city’s best shopping spots and attractions. Staying there for our wedding anniversary was extra special as they surprised us with a beautiful platter of brownies and strawberries which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering something for everyone, the convenience of the location right on gran via, made it easy to stroll around and enjoy Madrid’s vibrant energy. The blend of comfort, service and location made our stay truly memorable.
