We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Suites in central Madrid. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the major attractions. The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Communication for checking in and out was smooth and efficient, making the process hassle-free. The only minor downside was that a few of the bathroom towels were a bit worn and could use replacing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Arenal Suites for anyone visiting Madrid.

The place is great. Big enough for 2. Location is fantastic. You cannot hear the noise outside. It's very dark inside if you close the blinds so it helps to fall asleep. Friendly staff Very clean Air-con works very well

We had to wait 40min outside for check-in because the person was still busy with other tenants. There's room for improvement in the check-in process. But the staff is very friendly. Free toiletries means it's enough for 1 or 2 uses. Bring or buy yours Cleaning service every other day but the bed and dishes were not done. No big deal for us because we stayed for a very short time.

I can really recommend this place! Location is great, you are in the heart of the city. Even Gran Vía is just a few steps away, the apartment was super quiet, facing the courtyard. Everything very modern, good size for 2 people. Christian was super friendly and helpful. Will for sure come back! :)

Nothing to really mention here, only thing one should know, is that housekeeping comes every two days, doing the essentials, but no cleaning service. But since the apartment is very well equipped, for us it was no problem at all.

Great location. Central for all amenities and sightseeing. Location of apartment was easy to find. Hosts Christian and Marie in contact throughout. Explained access to and from property and locality. Great hosts great stay. Apartment had everything needed to eat in if needed very comfortable apartment.

Nothing to dislike. What you see in the photos in the site is what you get. No surprises.

We arrived after 8pm so there was no one at the desk, we were given instructions on getting into the main door. The door wouldn't open. I tried to call the number but could not get through (either connectivity or international issues) We found a hotel across the Grand Via where a woman was kind enough to call the number. The door code was then set and we were able to get in. Not a great way to arrive but all was fine in the end.

There was construction going on right front on the bricked street. Lots of chiseling and pounding but mostly during hours we were out and about anyway. The project is probably finished already.

it was perfect there is very close to lots of attractions and especially for supermarket and plaza sol and metro and host is super nice and communicative and responsive. my family and i were so satisfied with this lovely apartment

just one thing bed we are 4 members but one bed is double another is single and the other is a sofa bed with Matisse (because I upgraded my reservation for all of us to sleep in the better beds this booking.com website recommended if I got upgraded room, we could sleep better bed such as twin bed and double bed something like this but actually it is not )

Apartment was very modern and clean. Two bathrooms was a great convenience. Hosts were very responsive and proactive regarding check in, giving us a guided tour on video to show how to get in to the building and where the apartment was located.

The apartment itself was perfect. The street where the building is located is just off a very busy section of the Gran Via, so the area is very crowded and a bit gritty.

Steps from Grand Via and a block from the metro. Supermarket just around the corner. Apartment was very clean. Had a full kitchen and clothes washer.

While the apartment had air conditioning, it was set to not go below 20°C, which is 68°F. It was very warm while we were in Madrid and the bed had a duvet. Made sleeping uncomfortable.
