Breakfast was the same daily, with good variety, and many options. The hotel is near the beach, and easy to reach, but there is no bad on the beach for the hotel customers. The pool is near the restaurant and hotel.

The pool for adults is opening at 10 am(there were days when it was open at 10.20) and is closing at 6 pm when the sun is still in the sky. In the room there was a continuous noise from the pool machine so we could not open the window and even through the window still heard the noise all night.

Great location, close to restaurant and clubs. Facilities are amazing, has most of the needs inside. Breakfast is amazing which has loads of options.

Be prepared for the fees to be charged for many things: Balibeds at the pool area, lounge chairs at the beach, balibeds at the beach, car park. And those fees changing daily according to busy times and the weather. While searching for the hotels, I filtered for private beach access. But its only a concrete platform next to public beach where no sandy beach belongs to hotel. They should have also marked it as additional fee on the booking page. At the arrival no body informs you about the facilities and these additional charges, about when the restaurants are open, between which times etc.

Seaside view room was lovely, we had half board included food was really good & had variety cannot complain , rooms spacious and the cleaners would come every day make our bed and clean around🥹, for my sister’s birthday they brought us cake Champagne and a lovely letter from staff which we didn’t expect, they had dance , cinema and other activities! Pool was clean and they had the one for kids and adults. Shops , party , exchange, beach right outside the hotel ! They sort out your taxi or car rent very smooth and easy!

The prices of the drinks left in the fridge i think a bit too expensive, we paid 200£ for 2 rooms and didn’t stay much in the room , some water & few cans in 6 days. Hope the TV had youtube or Netflix lol

The hotel looks fantastic and the location is great. Definitely head and shoulders above other hotels in the area. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a Junior Suite that was to a high standard and spacious for our family. Freshly cooked meat and fish from the chef at the hot plate was great. Fresh pastries and olive bread in the morning was very good too.

The WiFi was great everywhere, even reached the beach, except our room, where it only seemed to work on the balcony. The beds were too hard. I would wake up with shoulder pain each night and need to toll over. The bar prices are high, but you won't find it much cheaper anywhere. Unless you have booked the Level, which is the Melia premium option even soft drinks are charged at dinner.

Location and property

Breakfast was cold and less warm options for vegetarians. Also in dinner for vegetarians there were very limited options.

the location to the beach is perfect , all shops and restaurants close by however far enough away from the strip so you dont need to go near it unless it’s your intention.

depending on what block you stay in and room you can experience some noise at night that I think may have came from the piano bar however it was nothing that would have kept you awake.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms. Personnel very professionel, kind and friendly (special thanks to Cristo who always was ready to help, asking how was our stay, if we had any issue, etc...)... Very good breakfast...nice swimming pools... We really have a great time :) Also it was very nice to have a present from the hotel for my birthday (bottle of champagne and a nice piece of cake) thanks for the detail :)

I think that the swimming pool for adults should also be available for kids, so then, there will be available 3 swimming pools for the whole quantity of clients in the hotel... the high price to pay for long chairs in the beach ... :( (as it was so high it was impossible to use them indeed...so difficult to really enjoy the private part of the beach...)

Fantastically situated property Frontline staff very professional and efficient Room decor simplistic and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Pools spotless. Staff on beach loungers really service orientated and efficient.Young Lifeguard multilingual and friendly..handled all sorts so well.i can hear him say "loungers 20 euro but we have none..80 for 2nd row and 100 Euro for front row " Dagwood and diet coke magic as we watched the 'beautiful people' arrive at the Jetty. Boat control lady super efficient with good energy. Nice air-conditioned gym.

Daily cleaning of room could have been more thorough.coffee cups not cleaned and sachets not replaced. Towels looking tired..perhaps hotel too busy to keep up. With so many people..Breakfast was a scrum to get the food.Some management direction or bigger egg making station would assist the flow. Plenty of Food Wasted by guests whose eyes were bigger than their hunger. Will return.

Everything was great, rooms, breakfast, garden and pools and very friendly staff.

Kids could be a little more welcome, I have 12 and 13 year olds, and it would be great if there were some activities for that age. Also they do not sell ice cream in the bar, or any lunch that fits for the kids, no sandwiches, hamburgers or anything in that catagorie to offer the kids. Only a fancy restaurant with too pricey food. We always had to go out of the hotel to buy lunch elsewhere.
