Everything! We booked a superior room and it was what we expected. It's a brand new hotel and everything was perfect and fairly new. The room was spacious and had all the things we needed. We had 2 big suitcases and there was plenty of room. The beds were super comfortable and everything else just perfect. Downtown can be reached in 20min on foot or 10 by bus - there are stops opposite the hotel so really handy. Also, there is a shopping mall literally next door so plenty of options there too. Parking was easy and affordable too so a great experience.

Nothing really! We were happy to have chosen Sercotel Rosaleda. The staff were great too (especially Enrique) so we have nothing negative to say about the hotel!

This hotel is adjoining to a shopping mall, which was quite convenient for us. The parking place is in the shopping's parking, but with direct access to the hotel lobby. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony. The bathroom toiletries were great. There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby, and we chose to have breakfast there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is out of the city center, but about 20 -30 mins flat walking distance, so not bad if you don't mind walking. It would be useful to have a toilet brush in the bathroom.

Great location, direct bus #17 to the city center, nice and clean room & bathroom. Good air-conditioning. Hotel is place just next to the shopping mole which is additional benefit. On the roof there was a small and shallow pool but this was a great opportunity for people who wanted to avoid crowds on the beach. Downstairs in the hotel lobby there was a cafeteria with fresh pastries, croissants, etc. Many sweet, delicious baked goods were also served during breakfast, including cakes/pastries.

Very small choice of vegetables in the breakfast offer - no cucumber or lettuce. In fact for vegetarian it was very limited choice.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, new, and sparkling clean. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. My room was delightful, with a large comfortable bed, a smart TV that easily connected to my phone, a safe for valuables, and a spacious, beautifully clean bathroom. The housekeeping staff were very kind and meticulous in their work. There was a charming café on the ground floor and a restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast was fantastic, with everything fresh and delicious. The top floor boasted a stunning terrace and pool, which was my favorite spot. I often spent hours there relaxing, enjoying a drink, and soaking up the sun. My only complaint was that the terrace closed at 9 pm. Another minor issue was that the soundproofing in my room was quite poor. Even with the window closed, I could still hear noise from outside. If I were to rate the hotel out of 10, I would give it an 8. I deducted one point for the lack of soundproofing in the windows and another point for the hotel's slightly inconvenient location, which was a bit far from the city center." If you'd like to make it even more concise, you could say: "The hotel was excellent, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great rooftop terrace. However, the soundproofing was poor and the location was a bit far from the city center. Overall, I would rate it 8/10."

The room was very comfortable, so quiet. The service at the hotel was excellent and prompt. The 24 hour reception was invaluable, because we were mother and daughter travelling together. The staff polite, friendly and helpful. Location excellent for walking to central Malaga and for taking public transport, amongst several trips we travelled to Nerja, Benalmadena, and Marbella. Positively, memorable trip during a difficult family time. Good value. Thank you.

The pool wasn’t as we expected. For us this was not an issue, but I could understand why some people might be disappointed.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night whilst we were travelling elsewhere in Spain, but it was a great affordable hotel. The decor and interior is really nice and super clean! What you get for the price is so good and breakfast was really nice as well! It also has a rooftop area and a small pool which is such a bonus! I can’t really comment on the location however it was easy to get to from Malaga airport and the parking was easy. Staff were also lovely! If you’re looking for a short stay in Malaga I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The only negative was the room was pretty hot, I tried to turn the aircon on but it wouldn’t go below 22 degrees.

The hotel was clean and smelled so nice, like green tea or something. The bed was comfy. The staff was very helpful. It is next to the rosaleda mall, so it's nice if u wanna go shopping or just buy snacks at the supermarket. It's a hotel i will rebook for sure. Plus it is located to an important bus line , number 17, it's in front of the hotel and takes you straight to the center.

The breakfast buffet was well made and appetizing, it just can be a little bit various, especially when it comes to charcuterie, since i don't eat pork, i didn't touch it, but other than that, their tortilla was to die for, and the cakes: velvet cake, carrot cake and chocolate cake 😋

Yes, nice hotel new building, good location. The thing I found the most interesting was the hotel is literally linked to the mall. The hotel parking is in fact a slot from commercial center parking, underground. Pay attention - the parking is payed. We used a rented car to visit Granada and Cordoba from Malaga, and every time was easy to get out or go back to the hotel. Breakfast ok, silent, clean rooms. New building, as I said, and that is a plus: nothing used, nothing broken

We had a misunderstanding with the towels: they were taken by the maid in one of the day morning, without letting us new towels. And not event next day, no towels, even we tried to explain to the lady that we need (I suppose she didn't understand). In the end we talked to the reception stuff and was solved. Could be related to what we noticed on the beach, for example- there is no water on beach showers, not even in the toilet of restaurant we launched. Everywhere writing by the municipality "due the lack of rain and dry season, we don't any more provide water".

The noise isolation of the bedroom is amazing. Couldn’t hear a thing and it’s extremely quiet. The rooms are very clean, the employees extremely nice and kind. Always in a good mood and ready to help you. Couldn’t be more happier. Miss Sonsole from the reception was so sweet and super helpful.

We just had breakfast once but it was okay for the value. I wish there was more variety and fresh coffee. But there’s plenty of brunch options around town, if you’re not sure. I know it’s a very recent hotel so here’s a suggestion: it would be perfect to have some baskets on the shelves, as the open closet leaves little space for organizing some of your clothes and small items. Also, it would be nice to have the mini bar refilled every now and then.

Everything. Location is great! There is a children's park in the immediate vicinity, the center is not far away. The breakfast is good, we missed a little more fresh vegetables and their tomato spread, maybe some pate or another spread. There are also delicious cakes at breakfast. Their bar with bakery is also excellent, affordable prices for fresh sandwiches and pastries. The room was spectacular, big comfortable bed! Maybe you could add some kind of hanger to the bidet in the bathroom. We recommend the hotel!

Everything was great. If you are mobile during the day and there is no paid parking space on your way back, there is a free parking lot of the shopping center right next to the paid parking lot. It would be even better if you had the option of half board.
