the location is always great! the food is amazing and the staff are just exceptional. the pool is just great as well

the lock on the door sometimes stuck but once we managed to know how to lock it properly it was fine.

Very well kept. Nice and clean and the buildings are clearly repainted frequently to keep them looking so great! Staff, especially cleaning staff, are very friendly and helpful. Pool is very nice too.

The food left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was included, which we had most morning but really only the bread was good. one night we paid for the buffet dinner and it was awful. Also, there was one woman at reception who seemed to have an issue with calling taxis for us, she would either say “It’s very busy tonight” or insist on ordering bigger taxis (which were a longer wait) rather than ordering a few normal 4-seater taxis, which we couldn’t really understand.

Great spot. Fantastic pool with one of the lifeguards very entertaining. Breakfast was lovely every day. Our apartment was clean with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were exceptional, especially Zenaida on reception. She went over and above to be helpful and friendly.

Only negative thing I can think of is that it is away from most things. We got taxis to and from bars and restaurants but this was very cheap with each trip costing only around €5

The pool is perfect for kids and the site is well maintained and very clean. The food is good enough, with enough to keep the kids happy. The staff were great and so were the evening shows. The location is perfect, with plenty in walking distance, coaches available and lots around if you have a car.

The accommodation is a little cramped for 4, but easily manageable. There was nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

Nice pool. Good staff (big plus for 24 hours open and English speaking!), close to the road but also "off enough" too be calm and quiet. Great breakfast. I had a good stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Sometimes the loud music from the entertainment in the bar/restaurant was bothering me but that was still okay since they seemed to have fun... I would have preferred if the pool was open longer for example 8-20. Now it was 10-18.

The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. It is served 8am-10pm and included cereals, cooked items as well as all drinks. The pool is large and has plenty of sunbeds. The bungalows are serviced every other day and reception is available 24 hours.

The property is located in a quiet setting - plus has a great shelter from the usual wind. The bungalow we stayed in was spacious for two and the beds were super comfy! The canteen for breakfast was little noisy but selection was good. The pool area was fab and even if it was busy, we always found sun chairs.

can't fault anything for this price! I'd rather stay here than in the apartments on the side of busier streets.

Very clean. Gardens well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - a decent walk to the beach (as stated) - but so much accessible on foot. Pool area was lovely. Our bungalow was very quiet. An excellent choice at breakfast. Excellent value for money. We stayed for 4 weeks and are planning on returning next year.

Nothing.

All that you'd expect from an all-inclusive. Clean, enough lighting, some storage space, 4 sockets in the bedroom part, good wi-fi, lots of bathroom towels. Great pool, breakfast was okay, staff were great and friendly, quite a good location as everything was walkable, quiet location. There's an on site shop which was useful. It has a kitchen and dining area.

My balcony light didn't work, the shower attachment was loose and coming out of the wall. It looked generally quite dated and old (but it was clean and nothing was wrong or broken). I found the bed quite comfortable but not very, that's just my preference though. Some more bedroom storage space would be better and also bathroom storage/places to put toiletries.
