Excellent location, friendly staff, spotlessly clean. Decent breakfast (glad there was decaf coffee from the machine!)

We were very comfortable but there were a few niggles. We had a room with a terrace which was brilliant for views (not so much in the rain but we did have some sunshine!) However the furniture for the terrace was a bit dilapidated (my garden stuff is better) and there was only one chair! When we asked about it, we were told that no chairs were available. Why only one chair when it's a double room? The bath tub was very comfortable but it took forever to fill up. One of the glass sliding doors on the wardrobe was very stiff and I was always terrified it was going to break.

Friendly and attentive staff. Room size quite acceptable. Tea and coffee making facilities included. TV with option to change language. Plenty of hot water. Excellent location for bus station, only 6 or 7 minutes walk. Very close to restaurants, cafes and bars. Good access to other parts of the city if you want to do a little shopping. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was very nice, but was starting to look a little tired. Some maintenance or repairs needed. TV remote was damaged and was sometimes difficult to operate. However this did not detract from our enjoyment of the room. Overall still very good value for money.

Breakfast replenishment was bad. Trays taken away leaving gaps in food items for uo to 5 mins. Opened the hot tray and only a small amount of scrambled egg. Few mins later, egg all taken then bacon and sausage arrives. Then egg was already empty. Later, went looking for a pastry, empty space on the table. Tray had been taken away for replenishment. Surely full trays should come out before taking the nearly empty trays. Made up a very disjointed breakfast experience which I've never seen before. What was on offer was a good selection though

Excellent hotel - clean, comfortable and great location. Wonderful Customer Service from the Reception staff and the house-keeping staff. Second visit to this hotel, stayed 4 nights in a lovely room overlooking the church. Will recommend to family and friends both in Australia and the UK. We love Murcia and hopefully will return next year.

Nothing - all good

Good location which is close the the Plaza del Flores. This means you are close to lots of good bars and restaurants and lots of the historic areas of Murcia. You are a short walk from most of what you would want to visit in Murcia. Rooms are well equipped and good size for a city centre hotel. Staff are friendly and spoke English well enough that we could be understood. Hotel has two lifts which mean access to floors is much easier. Large bathroom in our room which was bigger than we expected.

No parking at the hotel. The arrangement for paying for parking at the nearby public car park (San Francisco car park) could be a lot clearer as otherwise its very expensive to park at this location. You have to ask at the reception desk for the total number of days you are staying, they give you a ticket for 17 euros a day which you put into the machine with your parking ticket and pays off the parking cost. We were only given a ticket for one day and then ended up paying 36 euros for the day we didn't get a voucher.

The hotel is spotless and the beds are really big and comfortable. The receptionist (didn't get her name sadly) was so helpful, professional and friendly.

The only tiny thing was no milk in the room so we could not make a cuppa in the morning. You can, however, get up and go downstairs to the breakfast area and help yourself.

Lovely staff. Perfect location for us. Great bathroom. Immaculate bedding and towels.

The staff were very kind, and they let us leave the luggages for few hours after checkout. The room was cozy, everything we needed in a compact space. The view from the window was amazing and we could see the church in front of the hotel.

The water from the shower was very weak, however it was tolerable.

Staff was so friendly and engaging in conversation. I've enjoyed recomendation for places and food (even though I've spend a short night there, they've helped me to get what I need post midnight). Breakfast was good enough, simple, but good quality. Room was small, but had everything possibly needed for a traveler. Close to bus station, super easy to find in dark hours, very convenient. Great place to recharge and continue the travel.

Nice clean room, many sockets, wardrobe, hairdryer, comfortable and large bed, bathroom with bidet, clean linen. Excellent location - everything is around. Hotel is well located in the centre of Murcia. Everything is within walking distance. Close to city center and bus station. The friendliness of the staff. Very pleasant and service-minded reception by Oksana at the reception desk. Good breakfast.
